Becht Pride Home Services have been tremendous to work with. We had them do a complete shower remodel using marble kit we had ordered. In addition they installed new tile floor and toilet. Very professional job, and much more reasonable than your typical bathroom remodeling companies.

We also had them do some various home repairs that we needed done prior to putting our house up for sale. Ben and Brad and the crew bent over backwards to fit us in their calendar though they were already booked for the time period needed.

Great people to work with for whatever you need done around the home. If we were going to remain in the area, we would use them every time something needed to be done.

In addition to this posting, we will be sure to spread the great job they did by word of mouth.

In the review below I gave this business only two stars, but the owners made it up to me by sending 4 people to thoroughly clean - and they did! I would give them 5 stars on their second attempt, but cannot since the first attempt was so poor. I want to thank the management team for sending such great workers!

I really wanted to give them five stars. I really liked the young ladies who came. However, one was there for two hours the other was there maybe an hour. My whole house was covered in dust they did a great job on the floor but I still have so much dust on my windowsills on the top of the window some of the door frames. So I Feel like they did a very poor job. Some of the things they did excellently. I might even use them to do just general House Cleaning. But this was new construction and it was only partially done

I had a GREAT experience with Becht!! B and Theresa went above and beyond in their cleaning. I had some rough spots in the bathroom that I haven't been able to get that they were able to clean no problem! They were quick and efficient and finished early. Before they left they asked if I needed anything else, on top of the list I gave them, because they had more time. They also asked me to check areas when they were finished to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that. Every time I checked something that had been cleaned, it was perfect! I will definitely be using Becht Pride again and when I do, I hope B and Theresa are available to take my appointment, they were WONDERFUL!!

Wow! What can I say! This company was a half hour early ready to work, and they worked hard and professionally. They spoke with respect and courtesy, also keeping me informed about the process/step of work that was going on. While talking to one of the employees I found out he is a former marine and combat veteran, the level of work ethic and responsibility was easy to see and knowing/finding out about the background made me feel safe and comfortable with these workers who over the course of the day would leave my home being an extended honorary member of our home and family. They were also great with my children, my daughter completely adored them. She's normally so shy it truly is a blessing these days and times to find a company with employees this dialed into to attention to detail who all at the same time are good with kids pets and just do an outstanding all around job. I'd recommend to everyone if your in need of any service they offer do yourself a solid favor and look no further they are simply the best!!!!!

Zoe did a really nice job cleaning my house. She left little touches around that made the cleaning special. I'd love to have Zoe clean here again.

Not bad, but not great. I've had cleanings about 4 or 5 times now and gotten different people almost every time. I was hoping that I'd cycle through enough people to finally find a crew that I was truly satisfied with, but I have not. I mean, my place gets clean-ER, but not necessarily *clean*. Some parts are better than others. My biggest complaint is just the lack of attention to detail. There's always hairs leftover on the floors or part of something that's missed. I'm paying enough money where I shouldn't consistently see these issues. Again, not terrible, but not great. Was never impressed. Other people who saw my house after they cleaned were also not impressed.

Update 6 months later: I did find an amazing cleaner at Becht Pride, Tonya. I was very happy with the cleaning Tonya did. However, I just canceled services because the billing time is inconsistent, and I get 8am cancelation calls the day of cleaning pretty regularly.

We were in a tight spot with a ceiling leak and major drywall repair. Becht Pride definitely came through when we needed them the most, very professional, and the process was very seamless. We couldn’t believe after it was done how great it looked. We no longer have to worry about using google or worry about who we should call. Becht Pride Residential will always be who we call for any of our home repair needs.

The scheduling process was quite convenient, and the cleaner was pleasant. However, it seemed that the cleaner may have lacked experience in thorough cleaning, as they arrived without the necessary bathroom cleaning supplies. Despite being informed multiple times, they were unable to remove the water marks. Additionally, there seemed to be some oversight in the cleaning process, as vacuuming was omitted and the hardwood floor was mopped with visible dirt remaining. It appears that the cleaning staff may be students working part-time and lacking experience, which may not align with the amount charged for the service..

I have used Becht Pride Cleaning Services numerous times, and they always do an exceptional job. I've had four different crews, and they've all been fantastic. They show up on time, the crew leader takes a look at what needs to be done, and they get down to business right away and work very hard the entire time. I'm always amazed at how much they're able accomplish in the set amount of time. They're also always very pleasant and accommodating, and their rates are very reasonable. Based upon my experiences, you can't go wrong with Becht. I will never use anyone else to clean my house. I HIGHLY recommend their services!

Had my first housecleaning yesterday. My house is so clean and fresh! I’m so happy with the results! Abbie and Kayla did a fantastic job! They were hardworking and pleasant! I plan to use Becht cleaning services bimonthly. The cost is very reasonable.

Jasmine does an excellent job. I rate her 5 star or 10/10 on her thoroughness. She has an eye for detail and always leaves my apartment sparkling clean. She has a very pleasant personality and displays excellent customer service skills.

Victoria came to my place and did an outstanding job. I was very impressed on how hard she works! She is an important asset to the Becht Pride company! She will be the only person I want for future jobs!

Today, Nikki came in to clean my apartment and she was wonderful. Friendly, fast and efficient. Would love to have her back again next month for my 2nd cleaning!

The cleaning lady was friendly and a hard worker. She worked for 1 hour but we were charged for 2 hours. I have my Ring camera video which shows both her arrival time and when she left as proof. We have contacted the company several times requesting a refund but have not heard back. I will update my rating once Becht rectifies the billing issue.

Do not hesitate to call Ben and his team! I had them install some vinyl siding for us, Jeff the site supervisor is absolutely a pleasure to deal with as was everyone in the crew! The siding came out amazing 😍. On time everyday , and very respectful and accommodating to answer any questions we had. Definitely went above and beyond

I love coming home after Becht has been there. The house looks and smells great! They text the day before saying when they will arrive and follow through on the arrival time window. I can easily switch days with some notice when needed. I’m happy with their service!
