I have never had my house cleaned by professional cleaners but decided it was about time to experience what it feels like. Merry Maids did an incredible job We have a dog so our house is always a challenge for cleaners. Kathy and Tracy did a great job with every aspect of the house. they made it sparkle from floor to ceiling, including the fridge, freezer, cabinets, even the oven. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to fit me into their schedule within a week. I would highly recommend Merry Maids.

We have worked with Merry Maids for about 10 years. We have always had good experiences. Our current cleaner, Becca, does a good job, is very punctual and gets along great with our animals. They all love her and try to help!

This enthusiastic review is for anyone who needs a lot -or a little- help: I am 76, married, and was brought up in the old-school tradition of "hard work pays off". I rarely take the time to write reviews. But I do occasionally depend on them when making decisions. In this particular instance, though, I feel that my personal experience might be helpful to other folks such as myself. I am writing today to spread the good news about Merry Maids. I have always worked full-time and done all my own housework, (except for a brief few weeks), so it was with great hesitation that I called Merry Maids in January of this year. My fears vanished as I learned from that first conversation on, that this company would be a joy to work with. Merry Maids Customer Service is always easy to contact, excellent at really listening to concerns and/or questions, and solving problems. (not that I've experienced anything negative of note). I am 4 months "in", and with each cleaning, I've been struck by the professionalism and friendliness of each team or individual, as we did the quick tour. And each did a fantastic job - which made me feel relieved and relaxed afterward, with my "new" sparkling surroundings. In fact one young lady surprised me as I came upon her, energetically cleaning the huge glass panels on the sliding glass doors to the sunroom. I can tell such a story for each team, but my purpose today is to highlight the most recent young lady who arrived. Tira ('Tie - Ra') was amazing. She single-handedly tackled the challenge of my two-story, 4-bedroom house, with a beautiful combination of Grace and Grit. Since I am retired, (and not getting any younger), this not only saves my knees and back, but I get to see the transformation take place as I go about my day. Tira worked "Tira-lessly", (groan), and I was particularly impressed at both her energy toward heavier tasks (vacuuming and lifting), and the quick but efficient work of her deft fine motor skills, down to the tiniest detail: Tira responded pleasantly to interruptions, and asked questions when necessary, but she stayed focused - from the minute she began working until her equipment was gathered back together at my front door. This house is a large task for a team of two, but Tira tackled it with vigorous yet careful and constant focus - all by herself. Thank you, Tira. Your skills and energy will take you far. In the meantime, I have asked Merry Maids if it might be possible to send you our way at every monthly cleaning date. I love Merry Maids! I’ve had the best experience with various employees who have come to clean my house. The company is very good about billing and communication as well. The person who is dedicated to my house, Judy, is the best cleaner I’ve ever had, she’s SO friendly and professional. She’s cleaned for me for 3 years now and she’s like a part of my family, but all of the other people who have cleaned with her have been good too. I highly recommend Merry Maids for all of your cleaning needs!

I would highly recommend merry maids! Tracy and Dee did an amazing job. Not only was our house super clean they also organized our baby toys and books in a way that made a lot of sense! It gave us new ideas to keep our house looking tidy, they went above and beyond.

Arrived on time and provided great service. It was my first cleaning service and I didn't really know what to expect, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Glad to have a few things around the house checked off my list, and can't wait to see them again for my next cleaning!

We have been using Merry Maids for about 10 years and are very happy with their service. Our current crew Diana and partner, who is currently Karsyn, do a wonderful job. We have no complaints. They always go the extra step - like straighting up my boys rooms and putting their toys in cute poses and positions. My kids are always excited to see their rooms. This week my 10-year old took a picture of his stuffed animals because he said they are posing for a picture (referring to the way they were lined up on the bed by our cleaning crew). The flexibility of Merry maids is also really great. We can shift our cleaning week or day without any issue if it's needed.

Tracy, Dee, and Alyssa did an AMAZING job my home today!! Their work was fantastic and they were so kind! The bathrooms look soooo much better after their deep clean and I'm so excited to use them! just had my first cleaning with merry maids with Tira and went from being a once every two weeks to once a week because she was so amazing! I appreciate the care she took in my home and how sweet she was to my cat Fred while she was vacuuming! She’s awesome and I’m excited to have such a clean space!
