Allie and Grace just left after our second cleaning. They did a fantastic job!! Every nook and cranny is super clean. They are both so nice and friendly while working. They made my son happy, because we were home during the cleaning and both ladies spoke to him and made him feel special. They even cleaned the inside of my Keurig drip basin. Attention to detail for sure. We are looking forward to many more weeks of Merry Maids! I will be honest, I was nervous about having strangers come inside our home, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I had Merry Maids for 5 months. I stopped using them when I noticed the build up of dust and dust bunnies around and under my furniture. I contacted them and their response was “we don’t move furniture.” I have all laminate flooring and there was no reason they could not get underneath or behind my furniture without moving it. Very disappointed in their initial “deep clean” also. I had cobwebs on my ceiling fan and baseboards were not done. I hoped that things would improve, I need a cleaning service but I will look elsewhere. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

We have been using Merry Maids for years and have been very pleased with their consistency and professionalism. Misty always leaves our home looking fresh and clean with a personal touch. We are so appreciative of her going above and beyond.

Dee does an amazing job. Working all day and coming home to a clean house is a great feeling!

Merry Maids is the best cleaning service I’ve used, in 20+years of using cleaning services. They all clean your home but what I appreciate is their consistency in cleaning each time and how easy they are to work with. Everyone I speak with has a great positive, helpful attitude.

Update November 2025. Allie and Grace were wonderful. They thoroughly cleaned our rooms, floors and woodwork. On time and worked steadily and quickly.

Update, October 2025: Tira cleaned our home today and was on time, pleasant, and went above and beyond our expectations.
As always, Marketta was on time and is very pleasant. She knows exactly how we like our house cleaned, and does it well!

Allie and Grace are phenomenal! We are very particular and clean people with our house and were so pleasantly surprised they went above our expectations, so much so, we have requested only them to keep cleaning our home!!

We’ve been very satisfied with our experience with Merry Maids. Our regular cleaner, Lydia, is the best. She’s always on time and does an excellent job on all of the details, like our baseboards. We always come home to a clean house with happy doggies.

Merry Maids has been cleaning every other week for us for over 5 years. The consistency of service has been amazing. And the little details (see pictures) always come through.

In addition to Lydia always doing a thorough, great job of cleaning, I especially like her little personal touches she adds every time she cleans. I work at 618 Cabinetry and we have our office cleaned with Merry Maids. Talia does a wonderful job! We've had her twice so far, and everyone really loves her!

I hired them to clean my house before moving in. I wanted all the floors, windows, doors and walls wiped down because of dust. They showed up an hour late and didn’t do a good job. The doors were still dirty. They missed large spots of the floor when mopping and didn’t even touch the windows.
