Maid Brigade has been cleaning my house for years. Angie and her crew are amazing!

I needed a cleaner who could complete full home cleanings within 4 business days. I called/emailed several cleaners throughout Indianapolis and Lincoln of Maid Brigade was the only one to return my call. I explained my company's needs and Lincoln assured me his company could meet them.

Maid Brigade has cleaned dozens of properties for us and they've delivered a service that has met or exceeded our needs every time. When issues have arisen the Maid Brigade team has been quick to reach out and keep me informed. Even the toughest jobs, and I've sent them some pretty rough stuff, have looked great.

Give Lincoln and his crew a call. You'll be glad you did.

If I could have given them 0 stars on the review I would have!!!!!! I was absolutely astonished on how poor the "cleaning" services, that they are supposed to provide are !! What a joke! Other than room in the vacuum in my home, I'm not sure what they do, other than stand there and watch the clock. I have video surveillance inside my home that shows these workers standing around, talking on her phone the entire time, and doing nothing for over 1 1/2 hours. Do not go with this company!! It kind of defeats the purpose to have a company come out to clean your home, and then you ,yourself have to reclean it!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM , Unless you like throwing your money away. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. And they can keep their Jail- house looking women out of my home!! Never again, I have learned my lesson!!!!! And don't even think about calling them, to see what they're going to do to make it right. Because they won't be one thing, but yet they want to run a successful business?!?!

Customer service is terrible. Called this morning with a concern about a diver, instead of a polite person I got someone on the super defense. I explained that a van with fibercare on it pulled out in front of me with no signal or light it was my right of way had there been a car behind me I would have been rear ended from having to hit my breaks so quickly. Instead of him being nice and saying sorry that's not our van.he got loud with me told me "our drives aren't out couldn't have been us" and told me I need to stop yelling and cussing at him which I was not doing! yes I sounded upset but anyone would be after what just happened my life and other were put at risk by a reckless driver in a company van ... he could have nicely said I'm so sorry that happened that's not our van maybe try googling the business again ... instead I got rude and unsympathetic yelling at . So now two business have been rude and terrible at some aspect of their job. I can say for certain now I won't be recommending Maid Brigade cleaning service or Fibercare cleaning service to anyone and will blast both on social media service too.

Andrea and Tammy were very pleasant and respectful when cleaning my house. They did a great job.

I would most definitely recommend maid brigade as a home cleaning service to have all your housecleaning needs met whether it be a regular clean or a full on deep clean great people and reliable .

I love coming home to a clean house. Maid Brigade does such a great job. Very detailed, reliable and consistent.

We used Maid Brigade for over a year until the last month. They cancelled our cleaning 3 times in a row due to staffing issues. We were finally told that they will no longer service our area. My friend who lives a block away also uses them has a cleaning scheduled for this week. I am confused by their service area and staffing.

We have hired Maid Brigade both for our business and for our home. It's incredible what our place(s) look like after. Makes me feel like I need them to train me on how to clean! Will definitely hire them again!

Angela and Madison did a beautiful job cleaning my apt when I moved out... It was spotless & I know there's not going to be any issue getting my security deposit back. They were extremely polite and hardworking.

Not good quality or value. (*edit due to owners response: I suggest anyone considering them look through reviews to see the patterns of excuses. The owners reply is half-truths *end edit) We have had them out every year or so for about 4 years. Each year the quality of the service is lower and the price higher. We paid $480 for a deep clean and cleaning chemicals were left on surfaces and not rinsed off, several items hadn't been cleaned (kitchen sink, toilets, etc). We had planned on setting up biweekly service, but when we told them about the issues the guy on the phone didn't even care that the job wasn't completed by the cleaners. He didn't offer to come back and fix the issues or anything. Given that we told them we didn't want the scheduled service. I had hoped for better and unfortunately we are now looking for new cleaners for bi weekly service.

All of the teams have done a great job for us over the 15 years that we’ve been using your service. The ladies today are thorough and friendly!

Maid Brigade/Lincoln Pagel was a tenant of mine for over 20 years. He is a great businessman. Very honest and responsible, no excuses. Whenever there was an issue, we were always able to work out a solution.

We have used Maid Brigade to clean our home and have always been pleased. They were always on time and cleaned thoroughly! I have referred them to friends and family often! There’s nothing better than coming home and your house is perfectly clean!

Cancelled on me the first time. The cleaning wasn't great. I gave them my card after completion and they said it will be charged the next day. They never charged my card. After Lincoln entered the wrong expiration date he texted me the next day that if I didn't submit payment they would get their attorney to put a lien on my house. They were a huge headache. Use Indy Cleaning Pros they are less expensive, won't cancel on you, and can type in your card information correctly.

We've been using Maid Brigade for over 7 years. They are conscientious and always leave our home in excellent condition. I particularly appreciate that they use natural cleaning products rather than chemicals. They always call the day before to confirm the appointment and have been willing to come out and do really deep cleaning before parties, etc. They are the only cleaning service I would recommend.

Great service at a fair price! We have used Maid Brigade since 2013 and have been very pleased. The ladies are always friendly and have great attention to detail. It's always nice to come home to a clean house!

Angie and Maddie were pleasant and efficient! I shared with them the areas of importance and I felt like they heard me and delivered specifically on those items. The clean overall was as expected and a relief to have off my to do list. I will request them specifically again. I have already shared the Maid Brigade info with 3 of my friends since my service yesterday!

I had to have shoulder surgery in 2013. There was no way I was going to be able to keep my house clean while stuck in a brace for 2-3 months and 6 months is hard PT.
My husband hired maid brigade to come in for a deep thorough cleaning the week before my surgery and then we continued to have them come back once Every 3 weeks while I was recouping.
We were so happy with their services that we continued to use them for almost 6 more years.
The ladies were always extremely kind and professional. We got to know the same ones over the years and they knew my kids names and loved my dogs! They were always on time and very thorough.
Typically 2 would come at a time because of the size of our home. Once Covid hit early this year I ended up working from home and we chose to Suspend it. Once things get back “to normal” we will definitely use them again. They use green products which we love.

I have used Maid Brigade where I live so they were the first company I thought of when I needed a cleaning for my uncle's house who had passed away. They arranged everything without me being in town. I simply gave them the lockbox code and they did the cleaning. The realtor said they did a great job. I appreciate your help!

Had them out to do a deep clean after the wife wasn’t happy with the last company. Working with Lincoln on the phone was great. They were out today & the 3 ladies did a great job that my wife was very impressed with. They were prompt & through & a great value as well. We are now going to have them out every 2 weeks.
Highly recommend them!
