Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home for several years. We have been very pleased with their cleaning service. The ladies are very nice and friendly and do an amazing job cleaning my house.

Maid Brigade has cleaned my house for about 5 years. They are thorough, on time, very pleasant and responsive. Occasionally I ask for a special service like cleaning the oven or refrigerator. I do wish they would do a spot clean on carpet, though.I recommend Maid Brigade.

Maid Brigade crew is friendly and caring. They listen to your concerns and spend the time necessary to make your home look its best. They don't seem to have a lot of turnoverwhich says a lot about the company. Great group!

My experience with maid brigade was extremely sub-par. Had issues with cleaners while they were here. I had to point out many different places they failed to clean. What the did clean was done poorly. I called the office but only got voice mail , so I left Lincoln a message to please call me. Of course he didn't call till the following week. I expressed my displeasure of the service my house received. He offered me $25 off and I offered him their minimum, which was generous of me since the cleaning was minimum also. I personally had to point out places they missed cleaning as they were ready to leave. Please look at the pictures I took immediately after them leaving, and decide if I got a $225 cleaning. I say NOT, it is extremely poor job as you can see. It's barely worth their minimum of $125.

Wow - I am blown away by the Maid Brigade. Today was my first time ever hiring a cleaning service for my home. Between the process to book, the friendliness of the cleaning team, and fair price I definitely give them 5 stars. I'm going to be moving forward with their monthly service now that we've done the initial deep clean. My house didn't even look this clean when I moved in 5 years ago!

Last week I had the absolute best experience with Maid Brigade helping me to get my home spick-and-span clean. I had never utilized a cleaning service before. The time they saved me & the amazing job that the crew did will definitely make me a return customer. I will have them back for their amazing help for the holidays. Their crew was even able to work magic on my old shower that I simply had given up on ever looking good again. I thank the crew a 1,000 times over. They simply rocked it!

Easy to schedule. Accommodating of my move-in time. Prompt arrival. Very friendly. No issues or touch-ups needed during walk-through. Cleaners gave me a heads up that I had hard water. Overall would recommend.

Have used all colors several times, older carpet, kids, spills 7 a few pet stains. Very prompt on appointments, very reasonably priced. Carpets look wonderful...until the kids and spills happen again. Would highly recommend.

Dave stretched our 10 year old carpet. He arrived as scheduled, did good work and was reasonably priced. He is very good at tightening carpet in irregularly shaped rooms.

The gentleman came out and scrub the carpets with his machine and then steam clean them.
He did a really good job, he got out stains I didn’t think we’re going to come out. I’ll most definitely use him again!

My carpet is 10 years old and was matted down and stained. He used an agitator on my carpet that worked the cleaning solution deep into the carpet and raised the nap of it so that it didn’t look matted down anymore and got all the stains out, even stains that other carpet cleaning companies had tried to treat but couldn’t get out. He also stretched out a buckled spot in my carpet and treated a mildewed place in my carpet by replacing the underlying pad and rotted tackstrip. Extremely thorough work and pleasant demeanor.

We manage property all over Indianapolis, so being able to clean or repair carpet vs. replacing it is critical. David is our go to guy for anything to do with carpet. He does miracles with carpet. He has removed paint, stains of all kinds, and repaired carpet for us over the years. We are getting ready to have him dye a spot where bleach was spilled on brown carpet. David is always responsive and does the job well. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Thank you David and Mary!

After a pipe broke and my house flooded I made the mistake of going with a major company to fix everything. They inflated costs, misrepresented damages, and created more issues to fix in order to inflate their costs more..

I reached out to All Colors Carpet and David was absolutely straight up about costs, pointed out where they made their mistakes and bs'd their quotes. He was absolutely blunt about everything that would need to be done and how it needed to be done, got the materials I WANTED.. not low grade replacements. Got everything for much less than the other company priced the low grade materials for, showed up on time, got the job done fast and with extraordinary craftsmanship.

I have lived with out much access to my first floor because of the damage, and today I have my living room back, and its GORGEOUS.

I can not thank this company enough for their honesty, integrity, and work ethic. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.. DO NOT CALL THE BIG GUYS!!! Call All Colors first!!! Save yourself time, money and trouble!!!
