Property Master takes very good care of our neighborhood. They text us when storms are coming and allow us to choose to salt or not. Communication is great and they always have our neighborhood roads passable before morning or evening commute. Snow plowing is always meticulously good; never just a quick pass. 5/5 stars 🌟

We had an awesome experience with Property Masters. They were super quick to respond and kept us in the loop the whole time. The crew went above and beyond cutting down and removing a big limb we needed gone. What really impressed us was the cleanup. They even took care of some extra debris from a big rock bed area we had. All around, the team provided amazing service. We’re definitely planning to use them again for our yearly cleanup. They totally won us over!

We needed a snow plow at the last minute.. although booked, they fit us in! They did a great job and made sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend!!!

This company is opportunistic. I received a high weeds notification from the city of Indianapolis due to not mowing unknowingly an area between the fence and the easement area. Was pretty easy to correct so I did.
These guys were contracted to come out and review the yard and mow if necessary, not only did they not inspect the right area but they mowed claiming that my yard had weeds in excess of 12 inches. Clearly can see from the picture, the yard was not. Ok their were a few weeks that had some long stems, but I'm pretty certain that's not the intent of the so-called high weeds. You can see the top of the guys shoes, 3 or 4 inches tops. Completely an opportunistic company. If they're willing to do low stuff like this can imagine what they're willing to do for other things.

Outstanding service this winter with snow removal. Such a time saver to not have to worry about it. Thank you for a job well done! I can’t recommend them enough!

Disappointed - Unfinished & Additional Costs

I paid Property Masters over $3,000 for landscaping, including border repair and rock. While they cleaned up weeds well, the landscape border work was poor; my wife had to re-stack sections. I was then charged an extra $500 for "additional" rock to fill in areas they missed, which felt like a hidden/additional cost. Plus, one entire back landscaping bed was untouched. Overall, the quality was disappointing, and the extra charges were unexpected. :(

He did a great job on mulch and it looks wonderful and I don’t regret one dollar off of paying for it

I would recommend this company for every season! They was on time and treated my yard as it was their own! Very polite and respectful! They really .ade my yard look so healthy and beautiful again with the lines making my yard look awesome! Very satisfied and will be a returning customer!

they came once. I had scheduled service. they never came again. they even called to ask how subsequent services went. I told them they never showed up. they kept calling to see how the rest of services went, which never happened. total disconnect between actual service and sales/marketing
