We have used BPI a couple of times and have been very pleased with both the interaction with them, and the work performed. We hope to work with them again in the future.

We have done several projects with BPI Outdoor Living - JD is always great to work with. They do an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

Most recently, we used BPI to design the landscape of our entire back yard, including a patio and deck. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend the BPI crew.

They did an excellent job from the design and planning through the construction and final checklist. They are very organized and do things with excellence.

Great products, great design, great service and professionalism. They built an outdoor living space, Trex deck, and new screened in porch for me. They also did some landscaping work. I'd recommend BPI to any friends or family.

My family has trusted BPI to build an elevated paver patio, design our overall landscape, and install an outdoor kitchen and landscape lighting. In the future they'll be putting in a outdoor structure with a fireplace and TV, more landscape lights and a gas firepit. There is a reason they'll be back as they're honest, dependable and are competitive price-wise.

I recently bought a home where BPI had done the hardscape. Much to my surprise when I got my hands on 2 inspection reports both said the grading in the back yard was wrong after the pool and patio were installed. I had my own inspection done and that makes 3 inspections that said the grading was wrong. I contacted BPI and they wanted nothing to do with me. Unless I wanted to hire them to fix the problem. Needless to say we are having another company fix the problem to the tune of 15K. This has to be fixed due to rain water now coming in the basement after large rain events. I would warn people to stay clear of this company.

Got a few quotes and felt most comfortable with Tony and BPI. They replaced pavers and retaining walls around a pool. Same crew was there everyday till job was done. The finished product looks great. Tony and his foreman Brandon were nice to work with. They answered all questions and solved any issues. I'd happily use them again.

BPI provided excellent service to my family.

We enlisted their service to replace an old deck with a new one as well as create a new outdoor living space with a Paver Patio. The crews were awesome and professional.

We have them coming back for stage 2 of our outdoor living transformation hopefully this summer.

IF YOU NEED A CREATIVE, TOP NOTCH SOLUTION, CHECK THIS OUT: Having met JD at a home show a couple years back he told me that “His company wasn’t like the others”. This didn’t give me much hope. We had talked with over 10 other contractors that also assured us they weren’t “like the others” either. But all of those companies absolutely wasted our time. No professionalism, no creative solutions, no call backs, cost prohibitive prices, etc.

We had a very unique situation with the way our house was designed, zoning laws and a very particular HOA. These challenges prohibited us from adding a stick built, roofed porch to our house like we had envisioned when we bought the house 3 years ago. The BPI team always showed up on time and prepared. They met us, assessed our challenges and told us they’d get back with us in a couple weeks. My wife and I thought, here we go again. BUT, BPI did call as promised, they wanted to meet us at the showroom to run over what was thought to be a good solution.

The BPI facility is impressive. It’s like stepping into a mini-Home Show. Anyway, JD and the BPI Crew shared an absolutely amazing solution to our problem, that NO ONE had thought of…and oh yeah, they had designed a built-in fireplace. This sold my wife on BPI. I’ll skip to the end, because everything between this and us enjoying our new living space was flawless. The Project Management, Crews, etc were outstanding. We always felt like we were the only project they had going, but we knew this wasn’t the case. The project finished relatively on time (due to unforeseen weather issues) and very much on budget.

I’m recommending this company and wish them great success in the future. If they continue this type of creativity, craftmanship and professionalism, they have plenty of it.

BPI transformed my back porch area, and we love it. They worked well with the Smart Pergola company that installed the pergola, and their project management portal was a helpful way to stay on top of the project along the way. The crews were hard working, respectful, and professional. My only complaint was that my sprinkler system was damaged in the process, causing costly repairs and hand watering of the freshg grass seed. To be fair, when I raised this concern at the beginning of the process, they acknowledged that this was likely to happen. Google's server is rejecting the photos I tried to add...

We reached out to four different contractors about our ideas on transforming our outdoor space. BPI was by far the most professional and responsive to our ideas. We worked with J.D. to initially go over our ideas and he was so easy to work with and very open to working within a budget. When we started working with Kyla on our design, it was so much fun. We shared numerous Pinterest pins and pics from around the area and web. The 3D design that BPI supplied was amazing. Our friends who are architects were blown away! When the time came to build our design, Jason worked with us on the build schedule and was onsite regularly. His communication was awesome and we worked with him on any changes or updates that we wanted during the build. We are happy to say that we will be working with BPI again on more landscape design and will continue to transform our outdoor space with this amazing team. We hired BPI Outdoor to transform our plain backyard and concrete patio. BPI removed all the concrete and installed a beautiful paver patio, firepit and outdoor kitchen.

The work was not quick, but it was well worth the time. Kyla helped us design our space. She could be disorganized at times, but it was easy and an enjoyable experience to work with her. And as mentioned, she ultimately helped us design and create the outdoor space of our dreams. Jesse was very responsive and professional. We worked most closely with Larry--he was an absolute star. He was thorough, professional, attentive and kept the project moving in a positive direction. Sean assisted toward the end of the project, and followed in Larry's mold--another star at BPI. They communicated very well and made it clear that there goal was make us happy with our outdoor space.

The craftsmanship and workmanship of the crew was excellent. Our outdoor space turned out beautiful and our entire family enjoys it. I highly recommend BPI Outdoor Living to fulfill your backyard dreams. Thank you BPI!
