BPI Outdoor Living did a fantastic job with our backyard space. Their work is impeccable and the final product looks incredible. BPI did a great job with the project management and timeline. We highly recommend them.

We recently contracted BPI for an outdoor pergola behind our pool as well as a smaller version to lead to our back yard. My most impressive feedback would be the timelyness as well as professionalism. They started and finished exactly as they presented. Sean and Brant were who we worked with and they were very professional. We love our new space and can’t wait to use it. I also, very much appreciated always knowing when they would be on our property, never any random visits. These pics will probably not do it justice, but the quality is very nice.

BPI was great to work with. Brant did a great job listening to our ideas and pulled it together into a great design. Larry and Sean were great to work with, kept us updated on the schedule and were very responsive when we had questions. We really appreciated their attention to detail and quality even when it cost us additional time. We were impressed with the finishing touches. The project was well done!

BPI helped us plan and execute on our dream outdoor space. We really felt the enthusiasm build with their 3d-rendering of the space, which helped us picture ourselves with the new area. The project was massive - brand new multi-part deck, patio, walkway, stairs, fire pit, multiple fire places, landscaping, etc. BPI was great about project planning, timing, just everything. The project manager, Larry, was extremely responsive, and helped guide us (and keep our blood pressure down) during the entire experience. We could not be happier with the final outcome!

BPI was a lifesaver when I needed some landscaping done to spruce up the house for my last of 6 kids graduation party. Couldn't be any happier with the turnout. Thanks to the crew for a beautiful transformation. Here are before and after photos. 😊

It was quite an extensive project, but the team at BPI did a wonderful job bringing it all together. Communication was excellent throughout, the project stayed on schedule (Indiana weather-permitting), and within budget. Asked for mulch to cover hosta bed. Expected 2-3", got nothing near that. Wasted my money and feel cheated. would not use them again.

I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THIS GUY SHATTERED MY PATIO DOOR AND FLAT OUT ASKED, DO YOU NECESSARILY HAVE TO HAVE A PELLA DOOR PUT BACK IN. I STATED YES, WHY WOULD I NOT. I STATED TO HIM, IT'S A BRAND NEW DOOR. HE STATED THAT HE WAS NOT PAYING THAT MUCH FOR THE DOOR. HE STATED HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I COULDN'T GO WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE DOOR. HE STATED THAT HE HAD INSURANCE, HOWEVER HE DIDN'T WANT HIS RATES TO GO UP. I STATED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDS TO CALL HIS INSURANCE,. HE STATED NO WAY IN HELL IS HE PAYING FOR A DOOR FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. PLEASE CUSTOMERS CUT HIM LOOSE. NOT ONLY DID HE SHATTER MY PATIO DOOR, ALL AROUND THE HOUSE HE HE HAS CHOPPED UP THE BOTTOM OF MY SIDING AND STATED THAT HE IS NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING. THIS GUY IS HORRIBLE AND WILL DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE AS WELL. IF YOU ARE USING HIM FOR YOUR LAWN SERVICE; PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CUT HIM LOOSE.

Removed two large 50 yr old trees from between our house and the neighbor's. Very professional. Removed trees in a very limited space. Excellent job and clean-up done safely and swiftly.

Whoever the girl is that is the receptionist is rude. She sounds like a teenager with absolutely no customer service skills. I definitely would not recommend this company.

They came out and did a yrad cleanup. Pulled weeds, trimmed bushes, put down mulch. They did a great job, lawn looks great!
