I called around before choosing Naturescape and couldn't be happier. They're not the cheapest band they're not the most expensive but they are the friendliest and most responsive. Most importantly the services are very effective. Even in the drought my yard looks better than everyone elses and all through the summer we don't have to deal with mosquitoes.

Don't use this company. I paid for a year worth of service ahead of time....mistake! First treatment early April. It is almost July and have not had a second treatment. Every time I call, the receptionist says that she cannot guarantee service this week. But, she would let a manager know that I requested it. Bottom line, technicians rush jobs and wait too long between treatments. I will NOT be renewing with this company.

Update: We are now into July and no second treatment yet! This office will not keep customers if they keep this up.

Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care has my lawn looking GREAT! Each year my lawn looks better and better! Also, Pam is the best representative that keeps me informed!

Pam and the team at Naturescape do a great job on my lawn. I use them for aeration, lime application, and fertilizer. Glad to have found their company and quality service.

I’ve juggled different home use law care products for a few summers and went with NatureScape this year. Best our lawn has looked since we’ve lived here. Going to stick with them for treatments and aeration as it’s probably only going to look better over time.

Pam is absolutely amazing! I have talked to her on several occasions and every time Pam is a pleasure to talk to and always very helpful. I have used Naturescape for about 5 years and have been very satisfied. If I see weeds or other issues, I call Pam she gets it taken care of immediately. I highly reccomend Naturescape!

We have tried several landscaping/mowing companies and Naturescape has been the best, and as I told them they have been, well, PERFECT! They make you feel like family and ask how they are doing and will even call to see if you need mowing when it is drought season in Indiana or at the end of the season. They live up to their motto to make sure you are happy and services are done right. The staff have been friendly and I can't say enough good things about Naturscape, so I will end by saying I highly recommend them to everyone.

Over the past eight years, I have had great results with Naturescape lawn service. One of their new team members Samatha was sent for a re-treat earlier this year and I wanted to give her a shout out for the job well done. When I come home from work and can smell the product and see the granular on the yard, I know it was done right. I highly recommend Naturescape to co-workers and friends.

Never provided Date when they would come out to complete work. Only did 1/3rd of the job. Called in 4 times over 3 months, management was never available and never called me back. Attempted to send my $89 charge to collections because I refuse to pay full price for 1/3rd of the job completed. TERRIBLE 1/10

I have been very happy with the service I get from NatureScape. The lawn treatments work and my yard looks great. The person who mows my lawn is the best I have ever had. He makes sure the yard is perfect before he leaves and always remembers to shut both gates ! I love my yard !!!

I don’t normally write reviews. Excellent customer service should be acknowledged. Neighbor was having lawn aerated. Naturescape didn’t hesitate to accommodate me without having service scheduled. When there was a very minimal issue Naturescape resolved it without a request or call from me. Will be scheduling in the future

UPDATE 1/7/2025: I cancelled our annual service for 2025 due to repeated calls to correct uncontrolled weeds over a 2 month period late summer/early fall. Several areas must be re-seeded which can't happen until later in 2025. Otherwise, they were great for the first few years I used them.

First and foremost, Pam is an outstanding customer service representative. She is ALWAYS friendly, cheery, kind and understanding. I could talk to her forever. Very sweet person. I have been using NatureScape since 9/2022 and as of today I have no reason for switching to another service provider. The lawn looks very good for a reasonable price. Pam and Michelle are very responsive reps whenever I call. My only recent issue is after their 4th regularly scheduled visit of this season this year, I still have some weeds that did not die off. When I called to have them come back out to retreat the few stubborn weeds their service tech not only treated the weeds but also applied another full fertilizer treatment. Mistakes happen which I totally understand, but a week later several of the weeds were still not dying so I called a second time to get the remaining weeds treated again. Pam said they already started round 5 treatments and could not come out to specifically treat the weeds a third time. Rather, I had to wait for my regularly scheduled fifth and final treatment of the season. Overall, it's a very minor issue which is why I still give a five star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not stress enough how happy we are with Naturescape! We have been with them for about 5 yrs now. We have used every service at one time or another except for the tree and grub services.
I have had questions and requests, yet never an issue. Pam is AMAZING! She can attest to the question part! Always cheerful and extremely helpful, even if she has to tell me they can't do that.
We have an odd lawn with obstacles and Jeff does amazing job when we ask for a mow.
I will post a photo later to show you what I am talking about. We had a muddy / bare dirt area by the back door that our German Shepherd was not giving a break. We had Fall Aeration and Over Seeding. The difference is amazing!

Pam and the staff do a great job. I have had no issues with weeds or mosquitoes in my yard since Naturescape has been treating. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Keep up the great work!

The customer service we get is the best we have ever had with lawn care companies. Pam one of the office staff is the only one we work with do to she is always going above and beyond always!!! She answers all our questions, always makes us feel like we are not just a paying customer. If more companies had people like her it would change the way people view customer service!! Due to her willing to make sure we get the service we need our yard is looking better than it ever has and we always know if we need something she will make sure we get what we need!!! I have been a customer of Naturescape from 2007 or 2008 thru last Spring 2024 in Greenwood, IN when I sold my home and moved away. The service has been GREAT during the entire time. They were always helpful if there was a problem and I always paid for the spring/summer service in January to take advantage of their money savings offer. I would highly recommend them!!

Customer service is above and beyond, they treat their customers like family. Pam especially is so personable and friendly. They also stand behind their product 100%, I get my lawn sprayed for mosquitoes and if you get a treatment and experience any bites, they come back in a very short time to redo the whole process free of charge. I recommend them to every one I know. A company doesn't get any better than this!
