DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Just horrible. They took our money after requiring payment upfront since we wouldn't be home for the cleaning. Now after weeks, no cleaning has been done. We've left several messages, but no response now. What a joke. Thieves. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I would love to be able to change this review but as it stands now, I bought (so prepaid for their sevices) their Groupon for gutter cleaning and have called 3x"s since 5/19/23 to try to schedule it and still have not recived a phone call back.

One of the best experiences I have had with a business lately. They were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond what I was originally having done. I enjoyed getting picture updates of the progress and seeing the before and after. Highly recommend and will be using them from here on out. Thank you!

Clean my gutters just fine. Said they were going to fix a down spout and charged me $100.00 and never did repair it. Emailed them twice and they said they would be out that week to make it right. Never showed up. Don't use this company for repair of your gutters.

Called them in the morning for gutter cleaning and they got out there the same day for a good price. Seemed great at first, then they said they’d have to come back to finish the job because they didn’t have a tall enough ladder to reach the second floor gutters. Got home and the gutter buildup was all over my yard and on my tenants cars (after I told them to let us know if we needed to move our cars). They didn’t bother to clean any of it up and just left. They said they would have somebody out there soon to finish the job and make it right but nobody ever showed up. This went on for about two weeks before I requested a refund which took about another two weeks to finally get half of my money back after having to call and text everyday, usually not hearing back for days at a time. I would not recommend them to anybody and highly suggest hiring another company. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was such a terrible experience that residents need to be aware of before hiring this company.

Still not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam. Every communication from this company is from a different cell phone number and when I called one of the numbers, someone who didn't speak English answered the phone briefly and then hung up. No one has ever bothered to call me back.

Still waiting on getting a refund for work that was never performed that we were charged for. Every day that they have offered to clean gutters is a day with 100% chance of rain (so no one is able to come out and they have to "reschedule").

If I ever get a refund, I may update this to a 2 star review, but at this point that is doubtful. I'd recommend against anyone using this company.

Did a great job cleaning my gutters! Fast, efficient, and well within price range. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family and would use them again to help fix a roof leak.

Great help. I had a misunderstanding at the front end and the company head cleared it up quickly and professionally. The workers that did the work did great. The company was quick to get out and keep my gutters from overflowing with water and muck during some bad phase of climate-change / global-warming inspired and unnatural July rains, and the gutters are safe now. I would totally hire this company again, they are good people and do good work and when I next need my gutters cleaned, I am calling on them to do it.

I had gutter guards installed last year in August. Installation and pricing were good. I was told that if I had any problems within the first year that they would come back and fix it. That unfortunately is not the case. Starting at the beginning of spring this year, I now have approximately 3 families of birds living in my gutters. The guards are obviously installed with the end high enough that the birds can get in, it is an installation error that caused this. I only have this problem on my front side of the house, as they had a different team of installers for the back. They won't return my calls and I can't get my one point of contact to actually commit to return to fix the problem they cause. I didn't have birds living in my gutters before these guards.

Product is very well made and installation was great and finished on time. The installer did a great job of clean-up.

Not good in an urgent or emergency scenario.

"Handyman" came out to the house to get an estimate, but had no ability to fix anything on the 1st visit.

Neither the first individual nor any of his plumbers had a drain snake to help clear an overflowing drain.

They were very professional in completing the project on time and the work was well done. I have already contacted them again about another project. I highly recommend.

I had my threshold replaced. It was old and non-standard and couldn't just be swapped out with a new one. The new custom threshold is professional looking--it looks like new.

Experience was very positive -- we needed to reschedule. This was handled very well. The job was done well and on time. We were very pleased.

I called every handyman and handyman company with no one to help solve my problem. But I called Handyman Connection which was the last company I called. The handyman was here promptly @ 1PM and completed the job in less than an hour. He did a very good job

If I could give them NO stars I would! They are the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever worked with. Not only did they not do the job the first day, they cancelled the second day, and above all the general manager was rude and unprofessional! I've given them business personally and professionally, but NEVER again.

I've used Handyman Connection a few times over the past several years. I've always found the administrative office to be quick to respond and schedule appointments, and the service professionals assigned to the job to be professional and clear in what they can do, when they can do it, and how much it will cost. I know I will use them for future projects.
