We had our siding replaced by handyman connection back in May. They did a wonderful job of matching the white color at a reasonable price. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend the handyman connection.

Handyman Connection promptly set up my appointment for the next day. Daniel was very pleasant & professional. He explained the repair he performed & did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company.

I truly regret doing business with Handyman Connection. My initial quote went great. I thought the price was reasonable, however the work was clearly less than I paid for & not quality. Not to mention the mess I have to clean up. I rather paid more & found someone more professional & respectful for a piece of mind & quality work. The day my work was supposed to be completed I cried for over an hour after being belittled & disrespected. I WARN YOU DO NOT SETTLE! I work to hard to pay for half work & to be disrespected. #neveragain #worstexperience

Kyle was very customer oriented showed me what I needed for the repair and condition of the wood around the area. Repair was done with care and quality.

Scheduled appt - waited 4 business days for person to not show.
He called asked if I could meet early and we agreed to meet in 10 mins I had to take off work and drive rapidly to make the commitment. And 20mins after the agreed upon 10 mins. Nothing. I called during the wait - no answer. So I left and came back to work. During my drive - I get a text 3 mins out.
Total a waste of my time. Not hard to text or call after the fact. But certainly not during or before as a courtesy.
Very disappointed -
Had a new shower kit and drain set installed by a plumber. Waited 12 hours before using the shower, as directed. The next day, water leaked from the back of the spout. Set a date to meet with the plumber to silicone inside the spout, but they never showed. I then went on the standby list to get it done, yet never got a call.
I eventually had to make an appointment to fix the leak. This took one month resolve, which took all of 2 minutes to fix. I wouldn’t have needed to wait a month for a follow up appointment if this one detail hadn’t been missed. -
I appreciated Nate's explanation of what needed to be done. He completed both
tasks quickly and professionally. Your company even adjusted the cost when the
projects were completed in less time than originally estimated. I would definitely use this company again. -
I hired a handyman from handyman connection to complete the plumbing in my house, waste and supply. Cost me 4k from what I remember, took almost two weeks and he left a pile of trash in my basement.
When he showed up he said that the existing waste line needed to be completely redone. So he redid it... and my toilets now don't flush properly, nor does my sink drain properly and my supply lines are weak though I admit that might be from the main and not from some plumbing work he did, what exactly did I pay 4k for? He also didn't attach the ductwork for my water heater vent and it was venting into my basement, hello carbon monoxide poisoning!
I regret ever using these people. Incompetent. Overpriced. Ineffective. -
I was so pleased with our experience of having a new deck designed and built. We have a dog with a neurologic condition who falls down stairs easily, so Charles suggested the idea of putting gates at the entrances to the stairs. As the project continued and he found opportunities to create neat little add-ons like shelving or a closet he would suggest them to us. He also created a shaded cubby area under the stairs for us to put dog beds. The guys were polite, fast, and respectful, and our new deck is beautiful.
Edited to add 7/15: The only part of our experience that we weren't fully satisfied with is that communication could have been better. At the start of the project we were emailed an estimate containing a rough blueprint of what the deck would look like, an estimated cost, and a list of materials. At no point were we told that we would be responsible for purchasing the materials and having them on site on the agreed upon start date. I assumed that the list was there for itemization purposes to generate the estimate. Due to the delay in knowing that the materials needed to be on-hand, a trailer had to be rented to get them on time, which added to our costs. There was also a charge made to our card that I have no recollection of discussing or authorizing, which increased our total well over the original estimate. Due to the additional cost of the trailer, as well as the add-ons I mentioned above (closet, shelves, etc.) it wasn't a huge shock that the project ran over the original estimate, but when looking at our credit card statement I was a little confused and annoyed by an $1,800 charge that I didn't recall ever giving approval for. When I emailed the company to mention the unknown charge I had a missed call while I was at work with no voicemail left, and no follow up beyond that. Overall we're still very happy with our deck, but the poor communication from the main office (not the guys doing the actual work) was disappointing. -
Basketball goal install. I was nervous because I wanted it done right and fixing any mis calculations would have been expensive. Exceeded my expectations. My installer was punctual, professional, and most importantly experienced. He took his time to make sure everything was correct. I could tell that quality work was very important to him. I will use Handyman connection again.

I hired Gary and his crew back in January. (yes, it's a late late review). Gary came out, provided me a quote. Maybe it was expensive, maybe it wasn't. All I know is that I was eternally grateful to have his guys do the work in quick fashion, and when I followed up to report that some of the trim came free a week or so after they finished their work. He personally stopped by to fix the issue. Still holding up over 6 months later. Looks great and would highly recommend.

They rescheduled my first appointment, then showed up the day before the newly scheduled appointment - luckily my wife was home. Received an outrageously expensive quote that didn't even provide materials. That meant I had to go to a store and buy my own materials for the job. My job required a sheet of drywall and I don't have a truck to transport the drywall from the store to my home. Just an overall unnecessarily horrible experience. Never called them back to complete the job, will find someone cheaper.

Had 2 guys give a quote to do a small fence install, gave a date to do it for the next week. Day came and "both" his vehicles broke down (however, office stated he would still come but be late) so then I would have to wait 2 more days. I'm sorry, that is unprofessional and I told them to take me off the schedule!
Received your response which was filled with "misinformation"... First I never expected it to be done in one day I'm fully aware that they put posts in and then usually come back 2 days later to install the fence this isn't my first time with installing fence. Secondly, your office did not call me I called your office to find out what was going on yes indeed Robert did leave me a message and he could come on Friday and Saturday to do the job which still isn't leaving a day in between and didn't ask me if coming on a Saturday would be okay with my life plans I don't usually have people do work on the weekends. Thirdly, I don't have an HOA so I don't need to get approval or talk to anybody else about how things should be done this gentleman, Robert, knew I already had people not showing up to do the work so it was very important that you kept the date that you said you were coming and he said he had work to do on Thursday yet how did he know that his two vehicles would be fixed by then? So no, I want nothing to do with your handyman group because again you don't even get your facts straight before you send a reply you never spoke to me about any of this I had to do all the calling. Good luck... I will not be referring anybody to you. -
Work quality not complete. We had a window installed and the workman did not offer to paint exterior wood that worker installed. If you hire Handyman, be careful of the price quote. After the work was done, the handyman changed the cost of the job and increased cost $130. Handyman said the work took him longer than expected. Just not fair. I am very disappointed.

Thank you Bruce for my newly painted walls. Stripping wallpaper is no fun; especially kitchen border paper, so thank you so much! Everything looks so bright, clean and new. Love it!

Anthony was extremely professional in all respects on each of several projects he did for us. The staff at the office was always very professional as well whenever I called about an inquiry or follow up on a project. I also was only able to get a prompt response and timely project completion through Handyman Connection. Every other organization needed days or weeks more to get to my project. I won’t go anywhere else for future projects. Thanks, Handyman Connection and Anthony!

We had drywall and flooring repair done in our pantry. The quality of the work was good, but we ended up with a coating of drywall dust all over half of the first floor. We were told this is normal and they do a light vacuuming to help clean it up afterwards, but we ended up spending hours wiping it off of everything, vacuuming, cleaning the couch, scrubbing the kitchen floor, cleaning lamps, washing all of the dishes and food items that got coated in the dust. Still not sure why some kind of draping wasn’t done to prevent or at least reduce this.

Took care of some little projects and heights we can't reach. Very pleased with the board paneling.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited weeks for the 1st available Saturday appointment. I took the day off work to accommodate their “window” & whatever time it would take to actually complete the project, only for them to call me & tell me on Friday afternoon (the day before my appt) their handyman was running behind & when would be a good time to reschedule next week. Not an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Poor customer service to say the least.

I have had two projects done with this company. The first carpenter Scott was excellent. The second project was a major project just to get the job done correctly. Just to install cameras. They have been out twice for corrections a d to put up a camera that was not added on first install. I paid for a light switch to be added on my wall to work with this camera that was never added. The service guy pulled nails out of my ceiling facing boards, didnt replace the boards back correctly. Can see nail holes and openings where boards were removed. Refridgerator was pulled away from the wall never put back. This was not a professional job especially for the amount they were paid. The cords were not neatly mounted to the wall like I specified. Now they are trying to say it wasnt in the contract. This is Sorry and this type of business makes my stomach turn with disgust. But, if you have no morales it's ok about the money only. You may think you got away. But GOD knows.

Skylar provided excellent service. He was kind and polite. He explained every step involved in the process of the project. He even followed up when I had issues with the camera setup.
