Booked work for me and then ghosted. Finally called back and blamed it on age. Not a thing you wanna blame it on. If you can’t get the scheduling right i absolutely can’t trust you to come do the job.

Needed a new kitchen faucet installed, was very pleased with quality of work. David was courteous and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

When I say I called 20 services to aid me with repairs and these guys were ON IT! Communication is so vital and response time. I scheduled with handy man services that didn't show up and didn't call. So to have the Trusty Tool Boc to show and complete repairs was great!
