My local insurance agent gave me the name of Quality Control after another plumbing company could not unclog my sewer backup this past Thursday and predicted an expensive sewer line replacement.
Nick Pappas at Quality Control was able to get me an appointment today at 10 to examine the sewer pipe to determine whether he could clear it in the short term and whether a longer-term fix was needed.
Nick used a chipping hammer and Sawzall to remove an old floor clean-out cap closer to the city sewer (allowing him to reach more of the pipe). He used a combo of snake and camera to determine a problem area approximately 30 feet out. Nick found some root intrusion and was able to re-open the line. He charged me $450, much lower than the other company ($775), and included opening and replacing the expansion plug, which allowed him further access into the pipe to clear it, and sent me a video of the camera footage.
I hope this will permanently solve the problem since so many other homes in the neighborhood have had damaged sewer lines.
I am obviously not a plumber, so I appreciated Nick's time explaining the process, answering my questions, and showing me the camera footage. I recommend them since they actually solved the problem and for a much lower price than the previous plumber.

You won't find a more reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and fairly priced company in Indianapolis. I've used Nick and his crew for many years and would recommend them to anyone who cares about great service. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Mike and the team did a great job with a complicated issue with my furnace. They made sure I was taken care of in the cold weather. They did not give up on the issue even after multiple days. Several amazing experiences with past plumbing services as well! My house would be in much worse shape without the team at quality control.

I normally shop around for contractors when I need help with a home improvement project or repair but since
I started working with Quality Control for my plumbing needs I have gone back to them every time I need plumbing work done. Their responsiveness, transparency, timeliness, and high quality of work (and friendliness) make it unnecessary to look elsewhere. They have the capabilities of a larger company without all of the impersonal hassles and layers that normally come with the corporations. I normally deal directly with the owner, Nick, who does a wonderful job of explaining what's going on and doesn't oversell. For example, I recently had an issue with my garbage disposal and thought I would need an entirely new unit. Nick took a look and was able to fix it without the need for replacement.
The other employees I've worked with (such as Matt) have been exemplary as well. Unlike some other contractors
I've hired, Quality Control has always instilled me with the feeling that I made the right choice.

Been trusting Nick and his team for years. Honest, fair, and never cut corners. David installed a new gas water heater today.. it was a tight place with lots of old gas lines and corroded pipe. They took the time to replace fittings, and do things the right way. I recommend them to friends and the homes we manage at Neighbor Serve too. Look at that shiny new pipe!

From a several thousand dollar job when we moved in, to replacing some smaller fixtures, to helping us out with sewer flushing and scoping, they can do it all, and more importantly they're trustworthy.

Nick and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to talk you through questions and concerns, so you know what to look out for and how to care for things. I wouldn't trust anyone else with sewer line, or plumbing maintenance, honestly.

Temperature Pro made this maintenance appointment easy! They sent me a text reminder prior to the appointment and the day of letting me know the Technician was on his way, with his photo. He arrived towards the beginning of the 2 hour window scheduled and completed the maintenance efficiently. I liked that they attached a maintenance sticker on the Heat Pump with the date of service for future reference. We received a detailed service report with the invoice. They made this process seamless and easy.

Very professional! I got a text message letting me know my technician would be, and another message letting me know when he was on his way. Once he arrived, he fixed out AC quickly and independently. Thank you so much!

Technician was on time, courteous and was able to quickly figure out the solution. Had to pay for 3 pounds of Freon which is quite expensive but was able to give me a membership resulting in good discounts. Membership also provides 2 free AMC visits. Overall good business ethics and no hassle dealing.

Update - on recent visit technician diagnosed a heat exchanger leak which could result in CO build up in the home. Today he arrived on time and replaced the heat exchanger on manufacturer warranty. Very very ethical practice and technicians are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend them.
