one of the crews is not knowledgeable. did not even know what a fuse does. very concerning. was recommended to just put the fuse back on. had to inspect what was wrong on my own instead, fuses open for a reason. found the cause of the fault. putting the fuse would have destroyed a house or kill someone. not sure how they are in business, you get what you pay for.

I have used EM on several occasions since opening my diner in 2016. They have provided excellent service on every occasion. Most recently, I had a unique problem with a broken handle on my commercial freezer and their service technician (Dale) did an amazing job installing a new handle. This was not an ordinary handle. EM is an honest, professional and quality driven company. I highly recommend them for electrical and mechanical needs. Thank you EM!

I have never seen such a big rip off company than this.
The company sent a technician to check my heating unit.
The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him.
I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny

Quick, quality, craftsmen....I had what I thought was a stop valve problem that turned into something much bigger the next AM. Quality understood my need for quick help, delayed an install to come to triage me first...and then came back and fixed my odd (3/8" pex) problem in the afternoon after parts were found. Same day! They also recommended a restoration company that came in and gave me an honest assessment which didn't include them doing any work, but he did give me tips on how to get it done.

They were readily available. I called on Thursday and they were at my home on Friday early and on time .Very friendly . I used this company a year ago , the technician that came out at that time name Mike at least that's what I wrote down.The Bill was reasonable and he did a few little extras. He was the reason I called again this year, but I didn't get him this time i got Curt. They were there to check the furnace and AC .He check the furnace and said it needed a new gas valu that would cost 500 dollars. He replaced a starter cap on the AC that he said was new, I didn't see a box or any paper that it came in, said it was defected and causing the fan slow to start. Said the AC required at least 4 lbs of refrigent in order to operate.Trip charge $80.00 , labor $120.00, cap starter $40.00, refriget $200.00.I posted this review because I wanted others to be aware that nice and friendly is great and always a plus ,but what you really want to look for is honesty ,trustworthy and good service, and I don't feel like I got that this time. I hope this review help you make better choices.

They are very professional, kind, and do a great job. They are very understanding and patient. I couldn't ask for a better business to work with on top of the great work they do. I had a couple disasters back to back and they worked with me and did the work as fast as they could with no questions. As long as you are honest and true to them they will treat you the same.

I’ve used quality control on several projects. They have fixed water leaks, replaced faucets, and even unclogged my mainline late one evening. I super appreciate the service they provide. I highly recommend them.

My sewer was backing up so I called Quality Control. Ive had issues in the past with roots in my sewer line. They recommended jetting the line. At first I wasn't sure due to the price but was told I would receive a sewer video at completion to verify the roots had been removed. They arrived and within an hour I was back up and running with a video showing all the roots had been removed. I highly recommend this service if you've been having issues with roots in your sewer line! Quality Control was very professional and informative throughout the process

My son highly recommended them and so glad he did. Our house is older and built on a slab which can be a plumbing nightmare. Nick worked hard to remedy our problems and suggested different options that will help us now and in the long run.

Great company and I highly recommend. Over the last 3 years I've had them track down a water leak, add spigots, replace my sump, replace my hot water heater, and replace my furnace and ac unit. They are very fair on cost, provide quality workmanship, easy to get ahold of, and ALWAYS stand behind their work, never hesitating to make return visits if necessary. Oh, and you couldn't ask for a friendlier group of guys.
