I was calling around to different places looking for a specialty type of repair, and all of the different businesses I called would just let me know that they weren't able to fix it, and that was the end of the conversation. Not Mr.Moore! He actually explained to me how I would be able to fix it myself and then said If I didn't feel confident enough to, that he gladly would. I was so impressed with that! He took his time to help me even though he wasn't sure it was going to make him any money. I ended up asking him to do the repair anyway, and he was excellent about it. I gotta to say, anything I need repaired from now on, I will always call him! Also, little side note, I was telling my grandpa about this kind man, he asked his name, and when I told him that it was Mike Moore, he slapped the counter and talked about how Mike is the only guy he has called for years! So yeah, his reputation proceeds him, and I think you'll be happy if you let him do the work you need done.

I required an entire new furnace & AC system installed. They were here promptly at 8am and worked 'diligently' ALL day long in meticulous form. All extremely respectful and polite and yes, very informative when I asked questions - they ALL were very patient with me and kept a smile on their faces while working. David was very helpful as he explored how to resolve the issue of the furnace and the wood stove venting out in the same flue which is illagal. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. Ultimately. it was solved. Sure glad he was sent.

We needed an inspection of a system in a house we just purchased. The Williams technician was terrific and found serious issues we were unaware of. Those issues he found resolved multiple problems we in the process of investigating. Great job!

Joey Ross did a great job in replacing our 7 year old Honeywell humidifier which stopped working because of corrosion in the electronic board. He also put in a new water valve which was not installed to code by the builder.

Having a problem with high humidity for the last week or so almost 3 weeks!! Finally got seems like a real good Tech" David Hunt" seems to be very thorough Very technical trying to work out Problems ..So seems like we might be able to get this thing Solved, after the install in the past 3-4 weeks... Seems he's working the Problem going to the Manual from factory set and trying to find problems on the Lenox Diving deep into it instead of "just looking at it and walking off"...... Feeling more Comfortable with the technical skills of this individual.... Finally had to rip out the system and hire a new company due to oversized my house oversized the 4 Ton blower motor &" oversized the A Coil 3 Ton" No wonder we're sweating in our house with so much humidity!!! It was cooling So fast it wouldn't even have time to dehumidify your whole house..6-7 Weeks I Pulled The Plug "Done" Over all the B.S.
