Our HVAC technician was Daniel Claunch. He was very thorough in explaining the maintenance and testing procedures. Daniel was professional in his work and mindful of covering his shoes whenever entering our home. He was deliberate in discovering a problem and ordering a part to solve it. We would welcome him back again in our home for a maintain check.

Had an appointment with a window of 12-2 for arrival. Got a text at 10:10 saying service tech was on his way. I wasn’t home so I called. Phone person said she’d have him come between 12-2 like he was supposed to. I missed a call around 1:10 saying service tech was available and could he come. I also received a text to which I responded “yes.” When he didn’t show, I called again and was told since I didn’t respond in the 15 minute window they gave me, no one could come out today. There wasn’t an emergency so I rescheduled but was upset because they obviously can’t keep appointments.

My furnace broke down on one of our coldest days. Williams wasted no time scheduling an appt for someone to come look at it the very same day. He was on time. Very friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable.

Williams Comfort & Air did a great job on checking my furnace for winter. Eric was my technician and he was very professional & knowledgeable. He answered my questions and worked diligently. He was very careful & cleaned up afterwards.

Enrique Montiel was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem with the furnace while explaining to me several things that I didn’t know about my system. Excellent job! I plan to request him again for our next checkup.

Need quick service and Willams Conforr Air had someone to our home in about an hour. 20 minutes later all was good and heat restored. Very knowledgeable amd couteous serviceman.

We had a furnace problem and called for service on the snowiest day of the year. The technician called before arrival and I was able to track arrival based upon the text messages they send. The technician was awesome, polite, explained everything and we now have heat! Service was extraordinary!!

I pay for the A/C & HVAC maintenance service each year and with the HVAC maintenance service this year I needed some parts on my new furnace that were covered under warranty but I would of not known this if I had not had this maintenance service and could of created a bigger issue later down the road. I recommend this service to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service received from Williams HAC today. The service representative was courteous, professional and technically versed. I decided to sign up for their annual service maintenance plan since I am not be best caretaker of appliances. That annual charge seemed quite reasonable and saved me money on today’s call. I have requested the same representative for future calls. My thanks for their quick response.

We had routine furnace inspection today. The service tech arrived within the arranged arrival window. He was quite pleasant and appropriately focused on the task. He reported his findings and did not try to sell us any unneeded service. Absolutely no complaints.

Do to a possible leak in my furnace, I called Williams Comfort Air, to see if my concerns were warranted. To my surprise, they felt it was better we be safe, then sorry.
