I called Homesense when our air conditioning stopped working out of the blue. I love that they’re a local business! The technician who I was given lived in my neighborhood so the wait time was very minimal. Not only was he was able to find out why our air conditioner stopped working, but he also gave us insight to a unknowing problem we had. We received quality service and the cost of service is unbeatable. Not only that, Homesense took initiative and moved my appointment to an earlier time slot when they had availability which really helped out. Overall, I recommend Homesense for repair and maintenance needs.

Had them out to clean the air ducts to get construction dust out before move-in on a newly renovated home we bought. Was very easy to book an appointment on their website after hours and got confirmed and on the schedule first thing the next day. Ben R and his helper (whose name I forgot) were on time and did an awesome job. I also appreciate anyone who deploys an obscure Tommy Boy reference in a conversation (which Ben did). I would recommend Homesense to anyone.

Homesense came right away to check on my furnace issues. They were kind, respectful and polite. And the issue was fixed right away! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Homesense is a great company with great people! We really appreciate how the technicians explain things and are very honest. One company told us we needed an expensive repair, so we wanted a second opinion and Homesense confirmed it was not needed and we could continue to monitor instead. Highly recommend!

Our air conditioning unit broke last week. The first company I called charged me $99 to confirm it was broken, told me the product was out of warranty and would cost between $3000 and $5000 to fix. I called Homesense for a second opinion/ estimate. They immediately told me it should NOT be out of warranty and that I needed to find the original installer to make it right if they had not registered it. After a couple of days of getting the runaround and figuring I was going to have to pay one way or the other, I called Homesense again and asked if they could come look at it to see if they agreed with the prognosis. Dylan came out, looked at the unit, confirmed it should still be under warranty, and went so far as to fix the wiring to check to see if that was the problem since we were not getting any traction with our original contractor. Unfortunately it was still the condenser. Ultimately, Homesense went above and beyond with no guarantee that I'd ever give them my business (In fact, the original contractor did finally get in contact with me and will be taking care of the problem). I highly recommend Homesense - honest, on time, trustworthy, and willing to do the right thing even if they don't land the business that time. They went out of their way to help and saved me a tremendous amount of money. I certainly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services or an estimate.

We have been very impressed with Home Sense Air Conditioning. Today, our technician, Brandon arrived on time, he serviced our unit, explained what he did, and reminded us to schedule our 6 month service as part of our annual service plan. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and had a warm smiling attitude.

I've been a homeowner for 41 years and have never received a written report detailing the results of the annual maintenance visit. In the past I've often wonder if it was worth the cost. Did they really do anything or is this just their way of staying visible to the customer so that they will call them if they ever need repairs or a new system? Homesense gave me a written report detailing exactly what was done and how well my new system is performing - which they installed a year ago March at a great price. I can save this report and use it to track how well the system is performing over time - a great idea! Their annual maintenance contract is also priced right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody.

Right as the temperatures got down in the teens, our furnace started acting up. Of course, it was 9:00 on a Friday night so I was expecting to pay a pretty penny to have someone come out.

Homesense had come highly recommended so I decided to give them a call. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to have someone out that night for a very reasonable price.

They did a great job keeping us updated on the process and letting us know when our technicians was on the way. Before he arrived, we received a detailed text with some information on the tech, his experience in the industry and his picture. I thought it was a great touch and it’s a great safety feature so that people know who should be at their door.

Darren was professional, efficient and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I didn’t feel like he recommended unnecessary maintenance and we felt he had our beat interest at heart.

Even though this company isn’t covered by our home warranty, we will be using them for future service needs. Their customer service is second to none!

Excellent last minute service provided by Homesense. Their technician even took the time to show me some things with my “nest” thermostat I was struggling to figure out. He spent over 15 minutes sharing some things with me . Highly recommend Homesense!

My neighbor and I are original homeowners in our neighborhood which means our HVAC systems are 18 yrs old and hers needed some repair. She had four different companies come out for opinions and Homesense Heating and Cooling was her choice hands down. So she called me and said to have Brady come out to look at mine. So I did and I was very impressed with him and his company just as she was. Brady told me about himself, how the company came about, 15 yrs in business, the people who work there and that the one thing they all believe in is giving each and every customer complete honesty. That trait alone is hard to find today. So my neighbor and I both have new HVAC systems which came with a very fair price and our homes are nice and warm…….And we both are stress free knowing that we have been well taken care of today and in future years to come.

We decided to go with Homesense after getting a quote from another company that included work that we did not need done. Brady was wonderful to work with and the technicians who installed our AC and air handler worked extremely hard (Andy, Ben and one other guy whose name I did not get). I’ve had a great experience with Home Sense as a new customer! Everyone is very friendly, professional, and has a positive attitude. Brandon did a wonderful job of checking my HVAC system today. The best part is their philosophy to fix rather than jumping to replace. While my system didn’t require any repairs it was nice not to be pressured with upselling techniques. Honesty is the best policy and you can tell their employees embrace that attitude!

I was very satisfied with the work performed by the Homesense technicians. They were very courteous from the outset, and explained in detail the work they were going to be doing. They appeared to do very thorough work, and upon completion left our home clean and tidy, in the same condition as when they arrived.

Homesense did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. They were very accommodating with scheduling, they were very respectful of our house and so nice. Their pricing is very fair in my opinion and I got a few different quotes. Definitely recommend them!

I called just to ask about a labor quote I got from another company and was very impressed with the customer service. I was already locked in with the other company, but spoke to Chuck at homesense and he was kind enough to inform me that the quote I got was maybe a little high, but not outrageous. He didn't have to answer that honestly and I really appreciate it. Just a refreshing encounter. I will be switching to them for our maintenance plan going forward.

Had to relocate and replace my HVAC, as well as replace my furnace and air handler. It was a massive job and didn't go without problems - but the team at Homesense has been working to ensure it's working well. The team came out and did a beautiful job replacing a filter section and wrapping the ductwork.

We were quoted an outrageous price from another company to either fix a failed motor or replace our furnace. I called Homesense and Brady came out within the hour to look at the furnace and provided a reasonable quote to replace it. The crew to uninstall the old furnace and install the new furnace showed up on time and they did the work as quoted they cleaned up well after the work was done and our new furnace is great! I would highly recommend calling Homesense Heating and Cooling before you call anyone else. And they are local!!
