I had a really good experiences with Homesense today! They have been very professional throughout the whole process. My technician Kasey was on time and very professional. Overall it was a 5 star experience and I will be utilizing them again when the need arises.

We have used Homesense for years, including installing our new system 7+ years back and maintenance ever since. In the rare event of needing a repair they are quick, professional and don't push expensive solutions on a hunch.

Shout out to Kary who has been our tech multiple times and always does an amazing job while answering my in-the-weeds questions about how our system works.

Homesense is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I first came in contact with them when the a/c unit went out in our house a few months after moving in. I called several places for an estimate- one company wanted $100 to secure an appointment, another said they’d come out in three weeks. Homesense came the next day at no charge. They recommended a new unit, but more importantly, they showed me what was was wrong with my old unit and gave me several options. I never felt like I was being sold- just informed.

After replacing my old A/C unit, ive had them at my home twice a year for the past four years to service my furnace and a/c systems, and every single technician I’ve met has been friendly and professional. I usually try to be home when any service provider comes by- plumber, electrician, chimney sweep, etc- but my wife and I are both comfortable scheduling appointments with Homesense on days that she is home alone with our young daughter. I can’t say that about any other company we’ve worked with, whether in this home or our first home in a different city.

I don’t hand out 5 star reviews often, but these guys have earned it. Their people, their service, and their prices are the best in the business. I can’t recommend them enough.
