Their service was great. I called another company on Tuesday night for a broken furnace. It worked enough to to keep the house in the low 60's to high 50's. I told them I have an 18month old and needed emergency service. 48hours later, no service and no time table for when they would be here. I then called Quality Home Solutions at 5 pm Thursday. They were at my house at 8 am the next morning and fixed my furnace. Quick, reliable and honest. I'll take that Everytime.

My Heat pump wasn't keeping the house cool so I called Quality Heating and Cooling. Randy came out and found that my heating coil had froze up so he fixed the unit so it would thaw out and came the next day and fixed my problem. He was very straight forward with me on what was going on and that I might have to replace the coil if the temp. in the house doesn't start cooling down. He said we would know in 24 hours and that he was pretty sure my coil would be okay. He was right the temp did go down to normal in the 24 hours and everything is fine! Thanks Randy for a great job
