I had a new air conditioning unit installed on May 19,2020. The installation went smoothly and the 2 technicians I interacted with were professional and friendly. It will be very nice to have a fully functioning unit with summer coming. Efficient systems also schedules a follow up visit after the installation to make sure that everything is working properly. I think that is great. Recommend them.

Adam originally came to provide me with a quote and then both Bryant and Adam came back to do the work shortly thereafter. They were accommodating when something came up and I had reschedule last minute. They spent the majority of the day at my house working on a variety of projects. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company and these two gentlemen.

My AC was no longer cooling as it should be.. after running through some of the common things to look at I decided to make a call. I looked online and found good google reviews about Efficient Systems, and decided to go with them. I filled out the Request-A-Call form on their website at 7am and about five minutes later I received a call back. Talk about good first impressions! Technician Ryan was onsite by 9am. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all, very knowledgeable and willing to share what he was doing the whole way. After telling him what I had done, he looked it all over, hooked up some nifty gauges and meters and determined I most likely have a leak in my line somewhere. He discussed options and pricing with me, explained everything thoroughly and recharged the system to get me back to COOL within an hour. I also like that Efficient Systems is a green/paperless company with great communications and a secure website. Ryan and Efficient Systems are absolutely AWESOME! I will be a return customer..

They all did a great job. John (sales), Adam and Brian (HVAC replacement), and Mitchell (water softener install) were courteous and professional, and so far everything is working well.
Edit: Chuck did seasonal maintenance on the furnace. Also great! It’s been a very positive experience dealing with this company.

We had a breaker melt down on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician (Adam) out to get us back up and running with heat/lights on Sunday morning. After investigating the depth of the damage we scheduled a panel upgrade that Adam also completed. Overall, very satisfied with pricing, work completed and cleanup after the job. We are thrilled to have the knowledge that we have a safe panel for years to come.

Efficient Systems Inc. were very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to have contracting in my home. Sean came out to give me a quote and was very thorough and helped me better understand my needs, concerns, and options to address. They took photos and sent me pdf's of every fixture and switch I had requested be worked on. They marked on the photo what was to be done to that fixture and switch. That was super helpful for me to understand what was being done. It also serves as a great foundation for the electricians reference. Scheduling was easy and pretty straightforward. The job was quoted fairly accurately in comparison to the end price. Adam (the electrician) came out first thing in the morning 15 minutes early. I showed him around and he wasted no time getting right to it. He was very professional and friendly. He finished the job quicker than I had anticipated, which was awesome. He had me check all the work to insure it was to my satisfaction. Adam, even took away all of the old fixtures and boxes. in the end, all of the new lights and switched work great. I really appreciate Sean and Adams hard work. I will definitely be calling Efficient Systems Inc. with my future electrical needs.

Efficient Systems' service was subpar! I had their technician, Rob, at my home for a regular service checkup where he discovered a crack in my heat exchange. He took the time to show it to me on a snake camera and pointed out where the seam was compared to the actual crack. That same day their sales rep, Jon, was able to come out and speak with me about my replacement options. I selected my new furnace and their installers, Brian and Andrew, arrived the next morning to install. They were very respectful and accommodating while working in my home, which I appreciated. I can't say enough about the expert knowledge they all displayed, their all around professionalism, or the comfort I felt with placing this decision in their hands. You can tell just by speaking with them that they are passionate about what they do and care about their customers. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Efficient, professional and on time. In fact, they had a cancellation two days before my scheduled appt and and called me to see if they could come early.

The service tech, Mark, was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the scope of the work. I believe he did the most comprehensive review and heating tuneup I've every experienced.

I've had the annual maintenance agreement (heating and AC tuneups) Efficient Systems for the past three years...and plan to continue using them going forward.

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. It was wonderful dealing with such excellent service people. They were kind, onsiderate, clean, and efficient. Thank you gentlemen.

The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills.

I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them.

The estimate was finalized while he was here.

In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of.

Actual work is scheduled to be done soon.

We chose Efficient Systems for electrical work based on the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our technician, Adam V, was courteous, listened carefully, did his work carefully and thoroughly, and got everything back up and running for us. He was also honest-- instead of just giving a quote for one of the repairs, he told us about another option that would be cheaper for us and said we could even install it ourselves if we wanted. I really appreciate that kind of honesty, and will definitely continue using Efficient Systems in the future.

We use this company for three properties. We are never disappointed. They are professional and courteous. The techs do not try to upsell you on anything, but they do provide options and are happy to repair instead of upgrade. We have been their customers for 5 years now and will remain with them. Easy to do business with for sure. Thank you to all.

Had a new electrical panel and 200A service and other odds and end done when I moved in to this house. At the time I thought they did OK work, even though they broke a sink drain during the electrical work and the tech told me I was wasting my money having them properly vent my bathroom.

A couple years later, a storm came through and I learned that they installed my new meter base with a few wood screws rather than properly securing it with lag bolts, so the meter base ripped right off the side of my house along with a good amount of my siding. Cost me almost as much as the original job to have emergency after-hours electrical repair done. But the difference in quality of the original work vs the repaired work is night and day. If only I'd known what to look for when ES did the work.

Chris Randolph was excellent! Friendly and very informative about what he did. He suggested a humidifier but wasn’t pushy about it. I hope he’s still with Efficient Systems next year for our furnace check-up!

We had a water heater, pressure tank, and well pump replaced, and everything went really smoothly. Rob Wolfla did a great job — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. The work was done efficiently and everything is working perfectly. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company to others.

John arrived @ the appointment time, called first to verify. He replaced my photoelectric smoke alarms and coordinated their signaling. He replaced my 10 year old smoke alarms with the most up to date. John was very courteous and respectful, a true professional. He completed the work, explained the work he had done and answered all my questions. He left product information for future reference, and dated the alarms. I have used Efficient Systems for over 10 years for extensive work in my home. They have always send excellent technicians and provide excellent work. Efficient Systems is a top notch company! I recommend them highly!
