We have used A Perfect Climate several times and they live up to their 5-star reviews. I am a Realtor and always refer them to my clients and use them for our own HVAC repairs. They recently saved my client a lot of money compared to the big box competitor and the same tech also was able to reroute my daughter’s ductwork so she got heating and cooling in all rooms. Overall, they do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend giving them a call when you need service. Also, of note, even though they’re based out of Whiteland, they do service all over the city.

Our A/C decided to stop working and I called multiple companies without success. I submitted an Online request to A Perfect Climate. Logan happened to be in the area and was kind enough to accept the appointment. Logan came out after 7 pm - he was professional and kind. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had our A/C cooling in no time. He went above and beyond. Thank you Logan for saving us.

I have done business with A Perfect Climate for many years and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I called last night and James was here this afternoon, right in the window that they gave me for his arrival. He was very pleasant, explained everything to me, replaced the bad part, checked all related systems and cleaned the heat pump. (And the temp is steadily falling in the house). I also found the online system for scheduling an appointment to be very easy to use. I will of course be continuing to do business with them and highly recommend them to anyone needing their heating or cooling serviced or teplaced

Our AC stopped working and they were able to send someone out to fix it within a few hours. Gavin went above and beyond to make sure the AC was working properly and wouldn't have any other issues in the near future. Great service and super trustworthy. We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

James did an amazing job of restoring heat to my home. He's the most friendly HVAC professional I've ever met. He was determined to find the issues and returned with parts to get me up and running.

I appreciate receiving picture and bio of the technician before arrival. It is added security. James is great at his work and is respectful of the homeowner's time and property.

We bought our house this past fall and knew there was something off with the AC unit but decided to wait to spring to get it looked since we where headed into winter. Turns out the previous owner let the system go un-serviced for some time. Perfect Climate where the original installers of the unit and where very helpful with getting it fixed. The staff is amazing, the service techs are awesome. Perfect Climate really saved us! Will recommended them to everyone who ask us who to use for heating and cooling! Thank you for all that you did for us.

A/C wasn't working Saturday AM. They got it running and developed a plan for permanent repairs. Monday new components were installed and the job complete.

Great service from Perfect Climate! I called on a Sunday evening at 5:20, and they arrived within an hour. The technician was prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. Very reliable—highly recommend!

Their technician was instructed to either wait or go since there was no one home, but they entered our home and made away with our belongings.
Be cautious of this particular service provider!

My AC went out the day before we were supposed to bring home a newborn and APC got someone out first thing the next morning. James was able to diagnose and repair multiple issues (bad capacitor, refrigerant leak) and throughly answered all of my questions. Couldn’t ask for better service.

There was a bit of communication mix up but nothing major. Overall Logan was nice, professional, took care of the issue and did a tune up on my furnace. He also made some safety suggestions due to my furnace being past its typical life span. Even provided a reasonably priced estimate for a new furnace when the time comes to have this one replaced. I will definitely call them again for my hvac needs. Thanks!
