James was great. He took the time to explain everything! He showed me the furnace issues and explained step by step what the causes were! It was decided by me to replace my furnace! He did not pressure me at all! I’m a customer for life!!

Furnace wasn't furnacing.
Talked to Ellen Sunday - I woke her up with my call btw...& she still took the call & got things moving for us, Technician James was at our house on Monday - they offered same day on Sunday but I was ok waiting til Monday btw, James found the issue within 20 minutes, we had heat right away.
We went with their Comfort Club option for a follow up visit 6 months out for routine maintenance - got a good discount day of as well.
Customer Service - 10

James' Nikes covered up with those sock things he wore over his shoes to keep our floors from getting dirty - 11Nailed it.

When our AC went out, we called A Perfect Climate. Logan B was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to my level of understanding, which I appreciated. A capacitor is a word I've heard but couldn't define. In less than an hour, he'd fixed the problem, going above and beyond in servicing the AC system.
