This company is the best!! I needed my dryer vent cleaned out and the vent was on the roof. They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional. Also, their fees were very good. I would recommend this company for anyone needing any of their services.

The technician was absolutely wonderful. He checked our furnace and lit right up, which I was glad to hear because that would’ve been an high expense. He could have said something was wrong with the furnace so thank you for not just saying something was wrong and it was not he fixed the thermostat and everything is great. I love this company.

Fast service. While I was on the phone with HomeServe ( my home warranty provider ) I was contacted by Blands Mechanical to schedule a service call. Wavy arrived almost 2 hours earlier than scheduled and the job was completed ! All this happened TODAY

I cannot thank Blands mechanical enough! The air went out on our camper while camping. Blands showed up and had our air running cold all within 1 1/2 hours from calling. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely recommend Blands mechanical to all my friends and family. Thanks again!

This company trying to tell me my heater in my playroom is not made to work when the temp is 25 to 20 degrees. Which makes no sense because it worked before. These same units r what's in hotel rooms to keep it heated and cooled. This is a brand new unit the warranty company had put it in back in April/ may and already not working. Don't agree with this company's assessment and the warranty company tells me they cant send a different contractor or the one who they had install it. But I got charged a 95.00 Co pay for them to tell me it is fine but I don't have any heat. I wouldn't recommend these ppl for no service

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pilot light went out right before the freezing temps, and Wavy showed up immediately and had it back up and going within minutes! I can't thank him enough! Fast, reliable, and very reasonably priced! I'd give more stars if i could!!
