They were very thorough with the maintenance and cleaning of my furnace /air conditioner. They got me in the same day I called. I have had other heating and air out here and none did a thorough job like he did. I highly recommend and plan on using them in the future!

Professional and methodical. From scheduling the appointment to tracking the arrival of the tech and the completion of service, I was very impressed. I would definitely use this service again. The service tech was detail-oriented and methodical. The service tech was equipped with all the tools and supplies to complete the job in a timely manner.

Customer Service was excellent. Service Call was prompt, informative, and attentive to my situation. Communication before and after my Service Call was unexpected and awesome. HVAC issues are stressful but Blands made things much less stressful.

Yesterday afternoon our furnace failed due to wear and tear. First American our home warranty company, assigned our inquiry to a local contractor. The contractor contacted me via telephone and was honest about the turnaround time which would be January 26, 2026. Today is January 20, 2026! The weather is in the single digits and it blustery cold. I called the warranty company back to report what the contractor said and was provided information about another contractor who was two miles away from our home. Wavey was AMAZING! He was timely, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He provided us with a detailed description of what the root causes were. Although an immediate remedy was not provided at the moment, he advised us that he would touch base with us in the a.m. Thank You Wavey and Bland!! Sometimes consumers simply need reassurance that their voices are heard!!

They were on time. They were EXTREMELY friendly. And they went out of their way to make sure my furnace was working before the end of the day, even though they had to secure a special part. I am 100% happy with their service and professionalism.

When our heat went out, Joe responded to our needs quickly. He was able to restore heat in our home by replacing our old furnace and repairing some existing connections. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use A Comfortable Climate for all our future HVAC needs.
