Great supply house. Knowledgeable , helpful, fast service. They definitely go out of their way to help. Their pricing is a bit high compared to other supply houses. Especially media air filters. Double the cost of others.

Drivers stay away from this place. Called and specifically asked if they will unload me cuz i was speeding to get here. I get here and they say oh you shouldve been here a hour before we can only unload you tmw. They dont care about you or your time they know youll sit anyways to deliver. I repeat STAY AWAY.

I have done business with this place as of today three times always with the same individual Christopher T. Needless to say it is always unpleasant. Unfortunately, he lacks common courtesy manners, and respect. Do better! I have suspended future business with this facility because of this specific individual. Not everything is a joke sometimes doing what you're paid to do is simply all that needs to be done! We are all humans at the end of the day and it seems you have forgotten that . I hope moving forward You can treat other clients Family and friends with the respect we all Deserve .

My family was dealing with our ac not cooling properly during this hot spell. I googled air conditioning repair near me and OptimalHVAC Heating and Cooling popped up first. A technician came out the same afternoon, identified a dirty filter and low refrigerant, fixed it right there. Our home feels refreshing now and the kids are happy playing inside comfortably again. Appreciate the quick help.

The whole process from inspection to installation I was greeted with professional HVAC techs. He even pointed out a problem that the last HVAC company did and he corrected. I would highly recommend them for any heating/cooling problems you have.

My upper level AC unit stopped pumping cool air. I called Greg, he was able to stop by same day and get it back up and running! Very knowledgeable and great value - would definitely recommend. Saved the day!

RM Success was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that they were! My first month in my very first house and my electric bill was over $700 (I live in a 1,300 SQ ft home) & I could not get the AC to drop below 86 degrees. I told Greg with RM what was happening, he walked straight to my inside unit & immediately knew what the issue was. They did a full check of my inside and outside units, fixed the issue, filled my freon and not only is my house finally cooled off and keeping temp, my electric bill is only $110 this month!! I am so grateful to RM for their diligence in getting this taken care of. Highly recommend!
