Love heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent and ethical company. They went out of their way to make sure that my broken down 20 year old AC unit got replaced within a few days of having 30 people at my house on 4th of July weekend. John Love is about as honest of a businessman you can find out there where service seems to have gone away....Love HVAC surpasses at a high level what great service means.

Never used Love HVAC before and needed my furnace serviced on a Saturday morning. Within 90 minutes, after placing a call, a technician arrived and got my furnace working again. It ended up being a minor issue and he didn’t try to upsell or “magically” find another costly problem. I really appreciate the honest approach, along with their sense of urgency, and I will be using Love HVAC to maintain my HVAC system going forward.

Our son recently tried installing a Wi-Fi thermostat on an 13 year old air conditioner/heat pump unit. When he was done, the air would only blow hot. We called a local Mega Repair Company that did respond quickly. However, after a $100 service charge, they told us that a valve had gone out in the heat pump and that it would be approximately $2000 to fix it.

Given the age of the unit, they also recommended getting a new air-conditioning unit for $13,000. Keep in mind, the furnace was replaced a couple years ago so that price is just for the outside unit.

We declined their service, and reached out to Love Heating and Air Conditioning who responded a short time later and found that the thermostat needed an additional wire connection. For less than $300, they added the wire and installed the Wi-Fi thermostat. Needless to say we were very greatful that we called and that they’re still honest companies out there!

Furnace went out due to a power outage. LOVE came out with in an hour. Replaced the transformer in the furnace and got our heating working again. Between the urgent service call, parts services, and labor it only cost about $400.

I searched by service on Neighborserve and just had an excellent experience with your technician, Ron. He was professional, friendly and took the time to educate me on an issue with a clogged pipe. You can tell he really cares. We've known Jon and the Loves for years; our kids have gone to school together and they are neighbors down the street. Our appointment was for 8am and work started at 8:30 - no 8-hour window to wait around for today! I would highly recommend Love Heating & Air.

Recently, another HVAC company examined our furnace and A/C. The described minor and major deficiencies, total cost almost $8000, and recommended replacing both units, $13,000. Today, Frank came out for a second opinion. He told us this was the best maintained unit he had seen in a long time. No charge. We bought a service contract and we will be loyal customers. I woke up in a very cold house when it was 5F outside. I called Loves, talked with Kendra, and she sent someone out right away. I was working from home, waited a few hours, then called back to ensure I was indeed on the route for today.

Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication on my address and the tech maybe/probably went to the incorrect house. My house is difficult to find, so I understood. However, it was 5F out.

Loves (Kendra) was so helpful trying to fix the situation ASAP. She strategized / developed a plan and by the end of the day, my HVAC was up and going!

In the end, Kendra cared and I really appreciated it.

I lost heat but the fan was running. I contacted Love HVAC and although they had a full schedule they squeezed me in the same day. They replaced an igniter to get me back to a warm home. Love HVAC installed my equipment years ago and I have always called them for tune-ups. I was so thankful for everyone I talked to on the phone. Everyone was customer service oriented. I don't know if they're the cheapest company but they're service outweighs any cost. They are the company I have used for the last 13 years and will always choose in the future. Thank you Max for getting here quickly!
