Jacob got here when scheduled and was dressed neat and clean. Came to door and announced who he was an what he was here for. Started working on furnace and as I came by to answer any questions, he in turn explained what he had found out and would be doing to fix furnace. After he fixed the furnace he explained again what he had to do and again answered my questions.
I was impressed with the service and signed up for there maintenance program.

They came for a warranty call for our new build. They did not look in the unit or do a thorough investigation, but instead told us the issue was impossible and left. Useless and wasted our time.

Travis Blankenship was at our home as scheduled for HVAC maintenance. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and provided good feedback. Excellent service in every way. Star at the office also represents Raymoore well; scheduling was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Raymoore Heating and Cooling.

Had another company come out and quote a full replacement AC unit. Raymoore was able to fix it for $350

I am a little concerned because Travis wasn't here 15 minutes he did remove one of the doors and reprogram the thermostat because it shows a service was do on the Furnace and he removed that. I am old school and seen tech have a shop vacuum and clean the heat exchange and the inside of the Furnace and have checked voltage and that wasn't done but your Company installed my Unit and when there was a problem or concerned you have always repaired it and I am thankful for that and I am big on preventing maintenance. Thank you again.

I am super happy that it didn’t take long for Garth to find my A/C issues. My home is back to being cool and I trust the two other next steps will further solve my problems. Thank you for getting to the bottom of my new build hiccups. I would definitely recommend.

Woke up to no heat and of course the first day of the start of several cold days. Called and left a message with their service and Travis got back to me and was at my house by 8:30 that morning. Very courteous and explained what needed to be done and prices (thankfully just a sensor replacement and not a new furnace!). Very reasonably priced and great service. I will be using them again for my heating (and cooling) needs.

Travis was efficient and helpful! They came out on a Saturday night, same day as my heat went out and had me back up and running in a couple of hours. Very fair pricing and super responsive, will use them as my go to for all my HVAC needs going forward. Thank you Travis!

Then it dropped down again on Tuesday but started working again (it was absolutely belligerently cold out) and Jeff came out to double check and run tests on it to give me peace of mind.

I cannot stress how great they are!

Raymoore was the contractor on our home that Ryan Homes is building. They did a very sloppy job and the duct work wasn’t even sealed properly among other issues. It couldn’t pass an air loss test several times. Another contractor had to be hired to find that the main trunk line wasn’t sealed at the top. The problems caused us about a month delay because nothing could move forward until HVAC was fixed by another contractor. I’d give them a zero rating if I could. Beware!

I just had Raymoore install a new furnace at my home. The price was good and the work was done on time. I’ve been using these guys for years now and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend them. I prefer to do business with locally owned businesses because I feel they put more effort into making things right. They don’t spend millions of dollars on advertising and have thousands of employees. When you use locally owned businesses you develop a relationship with the people that work there. They won’t let you down because they get to know you personally and they depend on your loyalty. Big companies won’t give you the same level of service. They only want to sell sell sell. Jeff kept my old AC unit going for two years before I finally had to replace it! B&W and Dial One wouldn’t even consider repairing the unit because they were only interested in selling me a whole new system. AC and furnace! The AC was 19 years old but the furnace was only 8 years old at the time! That is just not right! I’m not buying something I don’t need! Raymoore has done me right for many years now. How do you think the big companies spend millions on advertising? By selling people stuff they don’t need! Support local businesses people. You will be glad you did!

I’ve had these guys out several different times The first time was for a repair to the HEATING unit and the second time was to add a UV light. They were very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I would highly recommend these guys.

Today William Synder from Basset Services performed testing and preventative measures on our plumbing system. This included the hot water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. William was very thorough in everything he did including the flushing of the hot water heater. I highly recommend this service from Basset as it can lead to early detection of a problem before it becomes a huge and expensive issue. Kudos to William for being a great technician and ambassador for Basset Services.

Israel did a great job installing the water heater I purchased from a local hardware store in Kokomo In. He arrived on time and had the old unit removed and new unit installed within 1 hour. He also cleaned the area well before leaving and explained the operation and maintained. Highly recommended!

We have a unique situation - my elderly father with dementia will not quit trying to do electrical work. We've called Bassett twice now when he has started some project he could not finish. Both times, Dylon has been our tech. He has fixed the electrical issue, but has also treated my dad with kindness and understanding. He has also given him a gentle talking-to about doing electrical work and has told him to just give him a call when he needs something. He also did a safety check to make sure my dad hadn't done anything too scary, and found and fixed some issues. His help has been a blessing during this difficult time.
