I had Steve from A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling service and clean my system, and he did a thorough job. He was professional and detailed in his work. They found a few issues with my older flue, which I was expecting, and they provided a clear estimate for the repairs without any pressure. A Perfect Climate is a fairly priced company that values honesty and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary services. I'll definitely be having them back for future work. Highly recommend their honest and quality service!

Great customer service. Professional appearance. Knowledgeable. Helped me last Friday night when I had a gas leak. Came out after 5pm hours when it was bitterly cold! On a call to them I value them. Both Sean and Logan came. They both Spoke with Dave from Citizen gas at my home. Understood what was necessary to fix/repair until i could get a plumber to come this week. I had gotten a referral for them as a/quality company with high customer service. This company has great rapport with customers. And go above and beyond after hours to enable for my gas (heat) to be turned back on. This was an emergency. I did not have a scheduled appointment on Friday. Praise God for them and Dave from Citizen Gas who came back at 730pm to reconnect my gas to my home.

Logan did an exceptional job. Our a/c wasn't cooling like it should. Logan changed our thermostat, and it works great. We highly recommend Logan and A Perfect Climate. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

On a Saturday in one of the hottest days of the year so far A Perfect Climate heating and cooling really came through for my mom! They were able to respond so quickly to fix what ended up being only the thermostat! The technician had one in the truck and what could have been a disaster on a really hot day, was averted due to their swift action. The communication is unparalleled as they let you know not only when the technician is going to be there they tell you a little bit about them as well! I would recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC assistance and we will continue to use them for our own personal and business needs as well!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Perfect Climate Heating and Air! After it was determined on a Thursday that I needed a completely new AC system, they moved quickly and had the new unit fully installed and running by Monday. The communication was clear, the service was professional, and the turnaround time was outstanding. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable, and top-quality HVAC work!

They were super helpful and rearranged some things to ensure they could get a tech out to a home the same time as the home inspector for my buyers!! The technician Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding online the type of filter that would best work for the unit! 100% recommend!

We had Logan here for an AC unit checkup today and he was the best! Incredibly thorough and knowledgable. Made sure to walk us through all of our options. Not only that, but he was incredibly kind and friendly. Even went the extra mile and brought in our Amazon packages, completely unprompted! Thank you so much! :)

James was our technician and he was very knowledgeable about our furnace and AX which was 30 yrs old. Our AC had stopped cooling our house and in a short time James had identified the problem and had it repaired. So glad that we chose A Perfect Climate Heating and Cooling for our heating and cooling needs. I would recommend their company to anyone.

A couple glitchy things happened with the furnace installation. In the end, they sent out their guy with the most experience and he figured out the problem, got everything running. I felt like the younger guys just threw up their hands and didn't take the time to work through things. The furnace works great now. The people are all very nice and they did work until it was done right.

I called this morning & they were able to come out very quickly! Furnace was shutting on/off. My tech was able to diagnose & get it running again!

Sean was fantastic. He responded quickly and was able to repair a complicated tankless water heater issue. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Logan and James were great! Both took the time to explain my options and help me understand. The price was reasonable, and I love that they’re a family-oriented business. My daughter and her dog lost their AC during a heat wave and they took care of the same day I called. I also love the texts they send letting you see a photo and bio of who is coming and a map showing where they are. 10/10 recommend!!

Mike came out for our winter tuneup and was great, as always! I’ve been a member of Climate Club for many years, and it’s a great option to get service twice a year.
