Great company. I called to get a service call as my AC didn't work, of course on the first hot week of the year, they squeezed in a diagnostic call for the next day, basic 30 min appt. to figure out what was wrong and then were going to set up a service call when their busy schedule allowed. The Technician was polite and punctual and actually for the AC fixed in that 30 minute diagnostic call. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I bought a house in January and wanted to have the HVAC system checked out more thoroughly than what my inspector did before I turn the AC on this year. Ryan came out and checked everything. There was one measurement that was a little below spec, and Ryan gave me all the pertinent info. I appreciate the help and will be glad to have them back in the fall to do the regular checkup on the furnace side of things.

We transitioned to Efficient Systems a year ago for servicing of our HVAC equipment and have been very pleased with the service - both from a preventative maintenance aspect and emergency response side.

The technicians take the time to explain what's happening and are up front and honest about their finding and recommendations.

We’ve used Efficient Systems exclusively since we bought our house nearly six years ago because of their diversity of services, their great customer service and reliability. Mitchell helped us on our last job and was a great example of those atteibutes. I needed to have our thermostat relocated because it was originally installed in a terrible location that produced inaccurate readings. He completed that job in a shorter time than I was originally quoted, and when He was finished he asked about some crackling sounds coming from the water heater. Had I serviced it recently? It wasn’t just an up sell. It was waaaay overdue for service and I had been intending to do it. Mitchell told me he could do it right then and save me money because it wouldn’t have to be scheduled as a separate trip. And while he was at it, he pointed out an adjustment we could make to our dehumidifier, too. Great service that got e more than I’d originally asked for. I’ll always use this company with service like that.

We called Efficient Systems to fix a problem in our house with some light switches and plugs. The appointment was to schedule an estimate on this problem
Unfortunately there was not a solution found and only estimate was that they needed about 4 hr.s (with their standard rate) to fix the problem.
Ryan was very friendly and seem very knowledgeable but unfortunately the was not a solution in plan.

Adam upgraded our electrical service and installed two new breaker boxes last January. We requested a minor adjustment in May and Adam promptly came out to make it. The work was well done, neatly finished. High recommendation! D. Willems

Water heater installed incorrectly and 2 other companies verified the job wasn't done to code. When confronted they refused to make the changes or respond to the Better Business Bureau. They also installed my heater and in less than 2 years it is already having issues. I just placed a service call, with a different company, because it isn't working properly. The furnace also was installed poorly and the filters get jammed and are difficult to remove and install. This company is the worst customer service I have dealt with and this is the first google review I've ever done because I read reviews and I wish I had read one like this before selecting them from Angie's List. I cancelled my Angie's List subscription because my experience with this company was so awful.

The reply that I declined any offer is inacurate. I have 2 company documents stating the improper installation and their quotes to correct it. You denied any responsibility. Angie's List also confirms you were unwilling to proceed and make things right. Angie's List recommended I submit to Better Business Bureau which I did and I have in writing that you declined to respond to them, as well. The furnace, which is less than 2 years old, has broken down and I am currently paying more to fix these faulty jobs than I paid for the water heater and furnace to begin with. The lack of customer service and overall treatment of your customers was enough for me to write my first Google review in hopes that other people won't pay $ down the road to correct bad installations or receive poor customer service.

I had a tree fall on my powerlines, it pulled the meter off the house, emailed them for a quote to fix (provided pics) they responded very quickly and quoted much lower than the others. They setup an appointment for the next day (Saturday) once work started, they were done in about 3 hours. They will now be my go to for any electrical issues. Adam was my service pro.

I had one gentleman who came to give me my quote, and then he and another employee came to do the work for me. I was so happy from beginning to end! The explanation that he gave me for all of the work being done was thorough, and presented in a way that was clear to me. They came back to do the work in a very specific time window that I requested and worked quickly until it was complete. They came upon a separate issue while working, and took care of that after asking me if it was ok. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown by these two individuals. I would definitely use them again!

Very pleased with the job that Mitchell with Efficient Systems did with the water line repipe. We felt very confident with Mitchell from the very first meeting. Mitchell is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His 18 years of experience working with furnaces showed regarding his recommendations to ensure the safe operation of our furnace. His response time was immediate and he provided pictures. I trust his recommendation and would employ him again.
I also worked with Kevin on light installs and a new showerhead! He helped me find the right showerhead as the one I bought did not work. He showed me exactly all the work he was going to do with the lights and he installed them to perfection. He even shot me pics of his work! Efficient Systems is awesome, and John the Manager and I believe Brittany that help coordinate, are friendly, professional, helpful and are the epitomy of customer service. They will get my new furnace business come Fall.

Ryan did an amazing job for our plumbing needs and he finished so quickly! I see why the company has efficient in its name. He also worked with me when I had the wrong part. I highly recommend the company and Ryan!

Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful. And will consider this service for other home needs. I look forward to being able to use their plumbing service next.

Had several wonderful experiences with this company, so when new problems surfaced I called them first. They sent out an electrician who looked around and promised me an estimate. Several days went by without an estimate, so I called back. Got an estimate and had a few questions. Talked to the same electrician and resolved them. Accepted the estimate on April 30.
Weeks go by without any word. Called them up and asked what the holdup was. Lady on the telephone said she'd find out and call me back if everything was ready to schedule. No further response.
Called back the next day:
Efficient Systems: Sorry, part is not in yet.
Me: (Might have been considerate to call back with that information). Any idea when the part will be in?
Efficient Systems: No...
May 30 I emailed cancelling the agreement. Called to make sure they got it. Yes, they did.

Overall, lack of a sense of urgency or concern for the customer was screamingly evident. Sorely disappointed

Chuck was very professional and very insightful on how to maintain our heating and cooling system. I have allergies and he gave me some info on a system that attaches to our furnace and blows out clean air through all the vents in our house and also takes smelly odors out. Very happy with this company Reliable and very fair priced. When you own a home, it pays to have them come out 2 times a year to maintain and check your units. 5 STARS!

As a participant in their yearly maintenance program they always call to schedule their bi-annual inspections and have always been able to schedule a tech within 24 hours for any equipment issues. Techs are professional and polite and are great with our two dogs.

The company technician Adam called a half hour before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He appeared to know what he was doing and looked to do a great of A/C tune-up and a Water Heater Flush.
He was knowledgeable of the job and went through the paperwork with me to make sure I understood it. He was neat and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing Heating/AC service.

The Efficient Systems tech came to my home twice; the first time to fix a sticking toilet handle/flushing mechanism, and the second to do a couple of minor bathroom repairs that I don't have the tools to do. Both times he was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to solve the issues. During the first visit he did a complete audit of my plumbing. I felt comfortable after the first visit that the company is fair and professional which is why I called them back for the minor repairs. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will use them in the future for plumbing issues.

We had a pretty hefty workload for the company including water heater replacement and electrical work. There were a few miscommunications during the process, but Sean and Efficient Systems worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we were needing. The quality of work performed even on certain parts of the job needing revision was top notch. The techs were always on time and professional people to work with. At the end of the job you can trust that Efficient systems will make sure you are taken care of.
