Roger from RR HVAC Solutions - Air Conditioning & Heat came out to check on my heater and did a really thorough job cleaning out the drain line, which had built up more gunk than I expected. I realized I should keep up with the regular cleaning like they recommend, since debris can collect quickly. I also had issues with my heater earlier and needed the condenser coil replaced. Luckily, they found out the part was still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the installation, which helped save some money. Zachary did the replacement and was very friendly and professional. On the same day, another technician came to inspect all the plumbing and made sure everything was working right. He used a camera to check the pipes from inside the house out to the main line, just to be safe. They also offer a water pressure cleanout service for the pipes if it’s ever needed. Recently, my heater stopped working again and Zachary came back to do maintenance and fix the thermostat. He explained everything clearly and got it working again quickly. Everyone I’ve met from this company has been polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about heater repairs. I really appreciate their service and would recommend them if you need heater maintenance or repair.

Homesense is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I first came in contact with them when the a/c unit went out in our house a few months after moving in. I called several places for an estimate- one company wanted $100 to secure an appointment, another said they’d come out in three weeks. Homesense came the next day at no charge. They recommended a new unit, but more importantly, they showed me what was was wrong with my old unit and gave me several options. I never felt like I was being sold- just informed.

After replacing my old A/C unit, ive had them at my home twice a year for the past four years to service my furnace and a/c systems, and every single technician I’ve met has been friendly and professional. I usually try to be home when any service provider comes by- plumber, electrician, chimney sweep, etc- but my wife and I are both comfortable scheduling appointments with Homesense on days that she is home alone with our young daughter. I can’t say that about any other company we’ve worked with, whether in this home or our first home in a different city.

I don’t hand out 5 star reviews often, but these guys have earned it. Their people, their service, and their prices are the best in the business. I can’t recommend them enough.

Blown away by this company! They were helpful and friendly from our initial inquiry to our speedy install of new HVAC/Furnace. Brady made sure to go through all of our options with us and made sure we were getting the best system for our house without breaking the bank. Unlike other companies I have used in the past for maintenance and cleaning. They did not make suggestions of extra expenses, and things that they wanted to add to my regular cleaning. I really appreciated this and use them because friends told me that they were different and they were friendly they were kind, but they were also honest. And I like honesty and a business so that’s why I use them and want to recommend them to others. Also, they were willing to go the extra mile to get my AC back and functioning despite it being a holiday weekend earlier. Appreciate that they tell Me who is coming as well so I know and can’t be scammed

The company responded immediately and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were patient with all my concerns. We originally went to Costco and the representative was very robotic and just delivered the info and a price. They made it seem like we were getting a great deal by giving a 2k gift card. Well its all tied in and the consumer actually pays for the gift card. Homesense is the way to go and I will refer them to neighbors, friends and family.

I was referred to Homesense from a friend, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My partner and I had just bought an old house built in 1910 that wasn't very well maintained, and didn't have central AC. We contacted Homesense in March for a quote, and Brady was clear, direct, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing. He quoted us for getting the whole system replaced as well instead of just retrofitting the AC. Two months later, we followed up with them (and we weren't pestered incessantly in the meantime, which I thoroughly appreciate) and Brady came out again to reassess our needs and how they could assist. We decided to move forward with the complete new system and they were out in just seven days to install everything. Andy, who was the lead installer, arrived at around 9:30am and everything was installed and functioning by 4:00pm. The crew was mindful of wearing masks when appropriate, and they were extremely communicative during the entire installation process. They hauled out our old system at no extra cost. And Andy noticed that our flue was rotted from the furnace to the chimney, and he replaced this at new extra cost AND reinstalled our common wire for the thermostat. The crew even laughed at my jokes! Also, the yearly maintenance program is priced at $99 per year, which is VERY competitive. The entire process was professional from front to back, and I'm thrilled that our old home won't feel like a hot, sticky swamp as the warmer days arrive. The piece of mind you get from Homesense is worth every penny.

We needed to replace our old furnace, and received several bids. During my estimate with Jason, he did a wonderful job answering my questions, as well as talking me through what my furnace options would be, and what could be best with my home. We ended up also replacing our home AC unit. Very happy with the product.

Two days before install, out thermostat broke. Jason was able to fit us in and get someone out to fix it so we would have heat. Very grateful for this!

During install, Andrew and Zach were courteous, efficient and neat. Andrew was very helpful explaining my new system and how it worked. They did a great job cleaning up the mess.

I am so pleased with our new HomeSense HVAC system!!! It works great! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate HomeSense and their good work! We needed to replace our 13 year old HVAC. Homesense came out and gave us an estimate and we were able to get on their schedule within 2 weeks. Our installers, Ben and Nicholas were fantastic! They worked so hard to remove our old outside unit under threat of thunderstorms and installed the new unit after that. At the same time Ben was working hard on the inside unit and installing it. They communicated everything they were doing and why, which was greatly appreciated. They were also meticulous in everything they did! I appreciated their attention to detail and their explanations of every step in the process. They made sure everything was explained to me as they progressed. And they cleaned up when finished. And now we are enjoying the air conditioning. Thank you, Ben and Nicholas and he rest of Home Sense.

Ben and James were fantastic! Started with an easy phone scheduling. We had service scheduled within a week of calling. They were on time and texted and called to inform us they were headed our way! They did their very best to keep our floors clean and pick up after the job. Ben taught us some tips and tricks about keeping our system healthy and both men were super pleasant to interact with. Will definitely be using them again for all our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Homesense has competitive pricing and great service, BUT the biggest wow factor for us was the communication. They will text you a picture of the person coming out to your house along with a little bio about them the day of the service. My wife stays home during the day with our kids, so I am always a little nervous about who service companies are sending into our house. Having pictures and a background on the technician ahead of time is a great touch!

Casey was very courteous and professional. After doing the maintenance, he patiently explained future repairs that weren't necessary right now, but in the near future. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was not in a hurry. There was one new part we needed right away which he strongly suggested we correct it at that time. He stated that it was a matter of time that it would go out. He then created estimates for our issues that we would eventually need in the near future. It was a good experience and we would use this company again. They gave us a special $47 deal for our furnace tune up plus the cost of the part we needed. Casey was great!

The furnace wasn't working so I called Homesense. A technician arrived in less than an hour. Quickly assessed the problem and offered a repair or replace option.
