Technician was completely awesome and very professional. Explained the possible plan to retrofit our firepit with ease. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

They are the absolute best. I needed heat fast. They delivered and fast. Everyone else told me it would be 2 weeks. They got the job done right and gave a significant military discount. The GM came out to do the job so we had heat since their techs were booked out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a chimney sweep and an appliance bag put in their chimney for their gas furniture.

Excellent cleaning and customer service. Chimney Solutions completed a significant rebuild of the chimney when we bought our house (2016) and has serviced it ever since. We are very happy with their work.

We are beyond impressed with the service, dedication, and workmanship every member has provided along our journey. We had a massive undertaking in getting our 1980s (original) unit out and repairing damages from an improperly done and neglected chimney. We had another company looking at the job too, and both came to the same conclusions. It all had to go.

Jackson was not only patient, but answered about 20 different questions we had. He listened to our concerns, helped understand our goals, and worked to find the best solution we could. We chose Chimney Solutions based on the their rapid responses, similar quote to the other company (and the fact the would do more of the repair work we needed), kept us close to our goals, the great reviews, and due to the great follow up work from Jackson.

From signing the contract, to the start of the job, things were great! We hit a few problems along the way. And let me tell you this is where the guys shined! Not only did they acknowledge the problems when they came along, they accepted responsibility and worked with us to find reasonable solutions. And they did this immediately! They made us, and the job, feel as a top priority. They responded quickly to any questions or issues we had after they left the job.

Everyone (Chris, Jackson, Leo, David, and more I can't remember) who came to our house was wonderful and respectful; and we had a lot of guys out over the time frame.

We have been burning for a few weeks now, and have been pleased with the decision we made. We are looking forward though to only having the crews out once a year for limited cleanings and inspections; but would make this decision the same again.

We want to thank Dominic for the exceptional job he did on our fireplace. Our chimney had rotting boards and a rusty chimney cap which made it necessary to be fixed. He and his crew, Mikey, Jake and Ian, spent three days working meticulously to get the job done to our satisfaction. Bryce and Sara did excellent work, and I am pleased with the outcome.

The one reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that Bryce waited until after I paid to let me know it still needed a chimney cap and that someone would be out the next day to install it. I wasn't too concerned because no rain was forecast. As it turned out, it was several days later, after some rainy days, before it was done. The payment terms were for full payment upon job completion. If I had know that it still needed work, I would have defered payment until it was done, in which case I suspect it would have been done the following day, as promised, before the rainy days.

Dominic Trusonni cleaned our chimney and fireplace so perfectly. He also carefully repaired the firescreen and mortar around the fireplace. I am very thankful for Dominic's excellent work!!!

Great service from Josh - he really knew his stuff. Also reasonable pricing. Will definitely be our first call if we have issues with our fireplace again.

After 5-6 meetings and quotes with various companies, we chose Chimney Solutions of Indiana to help with significant chimney issues - two large chimney’s. When running into a couple of snags they were quick to align on a plan of action. They kept us informed through the entire process while working each day. Dom, Eli and Bryce and hands down amazing!

Prompt, curious and knowledgeable. Gave a good quote and a little free advice and I hired them to refurbish my old wood burning fireplace. I think they gave it a Harry Potter vibe!
