Dominic was knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us. He spread blankets in front of the fireplace and did not leave any black soot on carpets and floor. Everything was explained before and after as needed. Very easy to work with. We will call on them again.

He was mindful of not making a mess, was thorough with his inspection, went over everything clearly with me, was knowledgeable and informative, was no pressure sales on what we could do in the future to prevent an issue (we'll definitely use them in the future), and was very kind and polite. The service I received from Chimney Solutions was absolutely excellent! Josh and Micah were excellent and very professional. I didn't know how to use my gas fireplace previously as I have just been in the home about 3 years. Josh was great in explaining the fireplace to me, making recommendations as well telling me how it operates. I felt like he was very honest with me which is very important when having a service technician.

Jake was fantastic! Great communication ahead of time, showed up on time, and clearly understood our issues and interests. We had a review of our existing chimney and fireplace condition as well as a quote for exactly what we wanted to see within just a few minutes of the completed appointment. UPDATE…. Chris the president called and came out personally to our home and made this right. I now completely trust this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Original post…..I called this company and hired them to come out and inspect my 2 fireplaces. The main fireplace is gas and the main reason for them to come out. They charged $488 for the inspection. The tech was nice but the fireplace wasn’t staying lit and he said it probably had air in the line. After inspection we were told it would be another $777.21 for a couple issues and some new rocks and embers. They came out to finish and couldn’t get the fireplace lit and then told me I had a bad valve and wanted another $1,564.12 for that!!!! What is going on? What was the first inspection I paid for? How can you do this to customers. I called the company and explained the situation and was told upper management would look into it. I received a call back and was told that was the price if I wanted it fixed!! I would not recommend ever doing business with this company!

Had my furnace die on me mid-January, which wasnt great timing with my family visiting. Called CoolPoint and got Marcus out the same day. He diagnosed it quick, explained what was wrong without the sales pitch, and got it running again before dinner. Had my AC go out mid-August, called CoolPoint and got Marcus out same day. he diagnosed a bad compressor, quoted fair, and had the unit running cold again before dinner—solid work on the AC repair Indianapolis needed.

Called CoolPoint on a Friday night in January when my heating went out and they got a technicain here the next morning—found a cracked heat exchanger in twenty minutes and had it replaced before noon.

My AC died on a Saturday in July (of course it did) and I found CoolPoint online while sitting in my sweat-soaked living room. technicain showed up that same afternoon, diagnosed a compressor issue, and had the AC repair done before dinner—fair price to, no hidden charges.
