The first or second application burned my lawn. I’ve used this company for over 14 years at my present location. I was originally told, they used a different brand of weed control/fertilizer. PJ came to assess the damage on 4/5/2024, and stated “lawn looks like it will recover”, no mention of watering my grass to help dissipate the chemicals used. I was just told today, 6-14-2024, to water my grass. It’s too late, my grass is dead, no amount of water, will bring back dead grass. Kapp did give me a credit for the application that burned my grass (as they should have). I refuse to pay to correct their error. They need to remove the dead grass and reseed my lawn and whatever it takes to make me whole, again. Very disappointed. Thank you Chris for taking care of my lawn. You are an awesome district manager!!!! You deserve a raise!!! Thank you

We have always had a positive experience with Kapps. They treat our lawn monthly for flea and ticks and we have had no problems with pests since day 1 when Kapps started their service. It's worth the $50 per month to make sure our dog and family are comfortable. They always call ahead when we are going to have a treatment and they offer a payment portal to easily make payments each month. All in all, good company to work with.

We’ve used Kapps in Indianapolis for the past couple of years. We recently purchased a home, and the yard had been a bit neglected. Their services have improved our yard tremendously in a very short time.

They are very responsive and professional, and the treatments do a great job. But if we ever see a growth patch of weeds or whatever emerging, they are very quick to apply a treatment with no delay or additional cost.

We also utilize them for mosquito control, and it truly worked. I hosted an outdoor event in our backyard this summer that was thankfully mosquito free due to their timely treatments . And we utilize our outdoor area almost every day, and it’s so much more enjoyable, without having to deal with mosquitoes.

Terribly disappointed in Kapp's Green Lawn. I had them aerate our yard a year ago when they did a neighbor's yard. This year they showed up, did it again without being scheduled by me or notifying me they were coming. Then billed me. They say that's their policy. They auto renew without a signature unless told otherwise. I had no intent on using them again. I would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware.

Updated: The owner did reach out. We have a positive conversation. He understood my position about an auto renew on a one time service. Seems like a nice guy. Offered me a refund. I told him it wasn't necessary as they had performed the work, sounded like he may send it anyway.

Have used many lawn services over 20 years. Kapp's has been the best at communicating, diagnosing, and titrating the right solutions for my lawn. Its never looked better. Beware of companies who just apply "whats on the truck today?" Kapp's expertise and service are superior.

We are back to Kapp’s and have never been happier! With only four treatments are grass is already looking so much healthier.

Expensive for what you get. Guys servicing lawn are obviously there to get in and out as quick as possible. Any issues or spot treatments are up charge. They are no better/worse than Cragen, Chemlawn or others. If willing to pay as matter of convenience I’d just shop for best rate.

I rarely write reviews for services but feel I should for Kapp's. I haven't had weeds since beginning the service. Jordan, my tech, was polite, helpful and very conscientious. You will find that Elese, who does the scheduling, is also friendly and professional. I previously used two other companies and definitely recommend this one.

This company damaged my fence, strung me along for over a month after they agreed to repair it. Then once they received the estimate refused to fix and denied that it was their fault. Over an entire month and no member of leadership would call me or come out and meet with me until today. Poor organization and leadership!

Highly recommend!! My lawn started off so bad…Kapps came out to do a treatment on my lawn and I swear after just 1 week I saw a difference. On top of that, every time I call the customer service is excellent and they’re very knowledgeable and have reasonable payments plans. Glad I chose them. Definitely choose Kapps!

Don’t use this terrible company.
They have terrible customer support and their product doesn’t work. All I have is weeds even after they spray. I called and told them and they said they couldn’t help lol. You’d think they would respray and figure it out. Rip off.

Wonderful service for your lawn care. The application was always on time and provided a summary of what product was applied. The best part is the unlimited applications available if any weeds were still present after any of their scheduled service. Great local company with great staff and customized professional services.

Last season was the first I'd used Kapp's. My yard needed the attention, believe me. It looked so much better I knew I had to stick with them to keep it improving. They come timely, do the treatments and let me know if there are any special needs.
