I had an issue with the scheduling of one of my services with Kapp’s and they handled it very well. It’s a long story and part of it was my fault, but the way the issue was handled was great! The communication was good and because of how there took ownership and made sure I was happy with the resolution, I am very pleased. Situations are going to happen. That’s just life. But if a company communicates and does what it can to make the customer happy, then that is a good company. I would definitely recommend Kapp’s to anyone looking for a lawn care service!

Been with Kapp’s since 2014. They have been excellent to work with. Ian helped me if I ever had a question or problem with my lawn. Ian and Kapps are a great company to work with!! Highly recommended

Reggie did an AMAZING job!! He was on it from start to finish, completing the work MUCH FASTER than we expected. Not only did he do a great job, but he also gave us an incredible price. I like that the gardening section still had plants in October, the closest Wal-Mart did not have much. Yet checking out sucks. Also, multiple times my husband and I visited, some employees will pretend to not hear us asking for assistance and disappear elsewhere.

Been coming here for years and it used to be a ghost town ,no employees ! now it's a flood of employees and crickets 😡 why pay for employees that just stand around ????? Carpet and garden center

I'm a contractor and I buy material every single day. I try to go to home depot as rarely as I possibly can. I went in there today because it was the closest hardware store to me. I was in there to simply buy some baseboard and quarter round. Finding it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. So disorganized! I ended up just leaving and driving to lowe's, which says a lot because I was in a hurry and didn't want to drive the extra 10 minutes to Lowe's which was 10 minutes further. From where I need to drop off material. Ultimately I was willing to drive an extra? 20 minutes just not to deal with the cluster mess that is home depot's wood molding area.

Service is a bit slow and uncaring but good portion for home stuff. We rented a Penske truck from here.

I searched forever for a professional lawn service that used push mowers. Dan’s does just that….they arrive on time with a text notice and do superb work. I would highly recommend them.
