We’ve been using Kapp’s for a few months now. So far they have been great. They are communicative and easy to schedule and reschedule with. The price is very fair and their technicians do a nice job. They will even come back and do additional work if you find they miss a spot (which is understandable with our lawn given its large size). I recommend them and will continue being a customer.

P.J. the production manager at Kapps Green Lawn did an excellent job on my core aeration recently. I should know, in the 1980s and '90s I had my own lawn care franchise, ServiceMaster.
As the photo shows the cores were pulled deep and the plugs themselves were 2-3 inches on average. The machine they use is definitely professional grade!
All I need to do now is add grass seed and I've got to great start on my lawn renovation!

Kapp's has done an amazing job! The weeds are now gone and my yard is looking great. Their customer service is very friendly. Kane, my lawn technician, is always friendly and does a great job too! I've recommended them to anyone I know.

I sent a review a few hours ago. The manager reached out to me and I’m so appreciative, that he came out to take a look at my grass where the yellow spots were. He explained to me why the yellow spots had occurred in my grass. So I have to recanter my Survey to a higher rating. Due to the concerns of my feelings and misunderstandings about my grass. This is a great company and I would refer them to everyone I know. I like how professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, respectful, and caring they are. Thank you so much for caring about my concerns about how my lawn should look.

So far, so good. Amazing customer service and attention to detail on that end. I will say, the white cloves have already disappeared so that’s a huge plus! If you need your yard whipped into shape, give them a call.

Although their price is reasonable, I did notice some sporadic weeds in my lawn. In my opinion, this company is okay. The office staff is decent. Additionally, they will blow fertilizer off the driveway and sidewalk by request only.

Two years ago, I moved into a nice neighborhood and my house is really close to the community pool. Most of the neighborhood has to pass my house or will see my house when they go to the pool or exit/enter the main part of the neighborhood. So, being a self conscious person, I wanted my lawn to look good. I looked for a local business, and found Kapps. They come out (I think) four times or so a year and it cost about $55 per treatment with my plan. As you can see, my neighbor doesn’t treat their lawn at all. You can clearly see the property line based on where the dandelions are. I only see weeds and dandelions on the edge of my property. The neighbor on the other side of me does his own treatment and his lawn is not as good as mine, but not as awful as the one in the picture. The employees usually show up in the afternoon with a riding sprayer and they are gone in about 30 minutes or so. I work from home and it doesn’t bother me. I can tell they are here, but nothing ridiculous. The results speak for itself. Plus, all I had to do was pay them. I’m sure my neighbor spends $50 or so on his material, one hour or more treating the lawn, and it still doesn’t look great. So, in my opinion…why spend time, money, and effort for less quality results?

Kapp has been great to work wit! Steve just treated our Carmel home and did a terrific job! He was also very helpful in explaining the process and treatment since we are fairly new customers. Definitely recommend!!

I am really pleased how far my lawn has evolved since Kapps Green Lawn has treated it. Technicians are personable and knowledgeable. I once had a concern and a Supervisor came out and gave his expert advise; they truely care about their customers.

Oscar from Kapp's was so kind and flexible when I forgot to bring my dogs inside. I got busy with a work meeting and totally forgot. Oscar offered to come back later, which was greatly appreciated!
