Terrible customer service. Communication is non-existent. Scheduled treatment and aeration on sept. 6th 2016. Was told I would be scheduled within the week. A month goes by and I assume they just are never gonna show up so I have another company do the work. Then Lawnblest shows up randomly to treat my yard on oct. 6th with no scheduling call or advanced notice. Now my yard has been over fertilized and possibly burned. After speaking with "Andrew" who I presume is the scheduler he says his boss will call me within a week. Just awful attitude and communication with this company.

The lawn technician came on the day we were advised. As always, very professional. SunBlest technicians are polite and always willing to answer questions. This is our third season with SunBlest. I have recommended them to other people.

I requested aeration service. It got canceled 4-5 times. The first time the aerator was not functioning. The other times due to weather condition, or no reason was mentioned.

After all, the service was done very badly. I am not sure the aerator was working properly.

Almost perfect!! I love how they use better equipment than our previous lawn service company. The tech actually did our whole yard!! Only negative I can say at this point- the tech that did our 1st service ran over our landscaping rocks and didn't bother fixing.
