Rosie's has a huge array of plants that are well taken care of. There are also quite a variety of outdoor decor, packaged soil, peat moss, mulch, etc. etc. Rosie's/Hugh's also provides landscaping. I love shopping at Rosie's. So many beautiful plants, and vegetables and herbs.

Even it was very close to their closing time.
With a beautiful welcoming smile, Gabby helped me to pick the right plants. She gave me some good suggestions about designing some islands in my front yard .she is very knowledgeable, courteous. Great customer service.!

Made my first visit to Rosie's. Great selection of vegetable plants with a large diversity of tomatos and peppers. They also sold many other vegetables and herbs. There was a good selection of annual and perennial decorative plants but I didn't look through the selection on this visit.

I went to Rosie's for the first time today and was absolutely in awe. They have an amazing assortment of plants, with one of the best collections of conifers I've come across anywhere. There were so many amazing specimens it was hard to take everything in. On top of that, the prices were the best I've found in the Indy area, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I've definitely found my go-to nursey and will be doing all of my landscaping purchases at Rosie's from now on!

There are lots of retailers that sell product. I was very impressed with this group and their understanding of how important customer service is to the holistic retail experience. They are friendly and support their products and services. Very impressed. I Will be going back for mulch soon And using them for all of my nursery and planting needs....

We visited many nurseries in the Indy and Lafayette areas and Rosie's had the best, most helpful staff (shout out to Tim!!) and amazing, healthy stock with so much to choose from. We will be coming back for all our landscaping needs!!

I had some kind of experience at this place today I was waiting to pay and a white couple cut me and the cashier saw me there so I left and I will never go back to this place and felt like as a minority you are judged and if that isn’t the case. I felt like it was because the couple was white.
Why is this place still in business. Racist business should be shut down. Disgraceful, discrimination and unethical practices because you’re not certain color that is how I felt when I thought I would buy something from this business but I walked out enraged at the treatment.

I know the staff is probably busy (though they didn't really appear so), but I had hoped they would help us find items in their very disorganized greenhouse. Between four employees, nobody could be bothered. It seemed like they didn't want us there, nor did they want to do business with us. They also will not order plants anymore. Not rude, but dismissive and unhelpful. Much worse in terms of customer service, organization (the place was a mess), and product availability from previous years. They used to be so helpful and pleasant! Get your plants elsewhere

I am a master gardener and have been on several garden tours, including national ones. I know my nurseries and garden shops. Every year I swear I will not return to Rosie's--but I always do because their selection is outstanding.I never have them plant any item I purchase. The staff that works among the plants are generally very helpful--when you can find them and they have time to stop to help you. The nursery has a great selection of pots and urns but they often are not priced. You have to locate someone who has to check with someone else who has to then verify the cost. Plant prices are sometimes good but way too expensive for annuals. Delivery price is far more costly than it should be. If you hire someone else to pick up items for delivery, the staff initially say they can't find the items and make life generally miserable for independent delivery people. Regarding the staff at checkout: I will keep that opinion to myself.

If I can't find what I am searching for, I know I will find it at Rosie's. All of their inventory is beautiful and HEALTHY. Beautiful assortment of decorative items as well. We love our fountain. This year purchased a few of their in-house arrangements in beautiful pots for our patio. Fun place to visit!

I was there yesterday but needed to get another item today. Was so nice Holly remembered me from yesterday and I know they have hundreds of customers. Zach is a very hard worker with a great attitude. I never knew this nursery existed but in my experience it is better than the others I have visited in Indy area.

Mixed feelings on my time and money spent here. Hailey was wonderful. I don’t know who did my repotting of my monstera and philodendron. I noticed my monstera becoming a little sad and being relatively new to plants decided I wanted a little help figuring out the issue. I dropped it off assuming a max 2 leaves would need to be cut from my monstera due to discoloration and get new soil. I got a call saying they found some bugs (I forgot the name) but both plants would be ready for pick up next day. I arrive to more than half of my monstera cut off (approximately 7-8 mature leaves were cut and most of these leaves had NO discoloration or very minor when dropped off). TWO leaves were more than 50% brown/yellow. Approximately 2-3 leaves were cut from the philodendron. I was told this was not even the protocol to treat what issue they were diagnosed with and that someone should have called before doing so. Hailey could tell I was disappointed/frustrated and did what she could to make the situation a little better. She also informed me that she thinks the plant was misdiagnosed and didn’t understand what happened. If you go here for house plants ask for Hailey.

Fantastic service and selection. Their garden center has been expanded, & they carry Monrovia plants, my favorite!!

    Omg!!!
The largest nursery, I've ever been to.
They have a large variety of pots and planters. My husband and I went in looking for matching planters and I was blown away by the selection.
I was so excited by all the goodies we came home with.
The employees were very helpful and helped with loading the car. I got a tour of the place.
    I'll definitely go back.

They are doing lots of updates, very busy.
I called yesterday at 1030 am. to ask the varieties of cherry trees they have. They didn't know & would call later when they could look. no response at all.
Drove 30 minutes to look myself, never had a single employee ask if they could help.
Hopefully, their customer service skills get an overhaul, too
