One evening, this company was at my apartment complex mowing and whatnot. One guy was at our building weed eating, so we watched our camera for him to finish up. Once he did, my wife took the dog out (she's not fond of strange men or loud noises). The guy came back to the area outside our apartment and proceeded to follow her around. She would move away to a different area, and he would follow. This happened several times before she gave up and went a long way out of her way to get back to our apartment. The dog didn't even get to do its business. When I contacted the company about it, they said they'd have a talk with their crew, but there was no way they would know who did it. Even though there were only about 6 or 7 guys there and I have it downloaded from my camera. I replied with pictures of the guy, but I'm sure they won't do anything. Unprofessional and unacceptable. They also tried blaming my wife saying maybe she was trying to show the guy something (she wasn't) they also didn't apologize for making my wife feel unsafe.

It took me so long because their work vehicle was unmarked. I had to contact my apartment complex to find out who they hired, and it took them forever to reply.

Definitely don't recommend them.

Quick and friendly service 10/10 would recommend for your lawncare needs. I'm a property manager with around 100 units under my management and Just in time is quickly becoming my go to company for lawn care.

Excellent job cutting lawn, trimming, and clean up! Great communication.

The crew consistently runs their mowers the same direction and follow the same cutting lines every time they cut. This is causing ruts in my yard and the grass to die along the wheel’s path. Biggest problem, I’m not even their customer- my neighbors are - but the crew keeps cutting into my yard about 8’ every week

Just had a near-death experience thanks to you flying through a roundabout with a full trailer like you were in a Fast & Furious spinoff. If this is how y’all operate heavy machinery on the road, I’m terrified to imagine what you do with a mower.

Have encountered your employees endangering users of the Pennsy trail, and destroying the trail, by driving on it instead of the road every morning as they leave your shop off Mitthoefer. Have also had one of the reckless employees drive head on towards me at 40 mph in their vehicle. Very disrespectful to your neighbors.
