The leaf raking was great. The working on the beds was good, but missed some things; including all five rose bushes. The gutter cleaning was not thorough enough and they simply blew gutter debris all over the patio and upper story windows requiring most to be re-washed.

Outdoor Team is the BEST team to work with. Had them mow my commercial property last season & they did nothing but a fantastic job.

Last season the service and work was performed very well. Unfortunately I'm not getting the same level of service or response from this company. Due to their lack of response to repeated texts and not showing up when they are scheduled to mow, I will be using another lawn service company recommended by my neighbors.

Outdoor Care LLC is an outstanding company. We have used them for several years for our lawn care. They handle all of our lawn care needs from spring and fall clean ups, leaves removal, grass cutting, and lawn treatments. We have also use them to plant perennials. Anything you need from a lawn or landscape perspective they can do. They probably do snow removal. We just haven’t used them. I am sure they do it well if they do. We trust Edgar and his team and thank him for his service to us. We have several neighbors who complimented our yard.

Edit: Previously this was a 5 star review, but unfortunately after promising an estimate, they never contacted with one and failed to reply to three follow-ups that I made. Not sure what happened, but service was very poor. Had to go with someone else to clean up my leaves.

We were not happy with the inconsistent mowing, trimming and landscaping services provided by our previous lawn care company. I found One Care on a community website and after a meeting with Edgar, decided to make a switch. Their lawn care and landscaping services are top notch and pricing is very reasonable. They are very responsive to texts and we couldn't be happier with them. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Outdoor Care always does a great job of taking care of our leaves. We have a lot of mature trees in our neighborhood, so they have to come out a couple of times each fall to get them all! Outdoor Care provides excellent customer service and top-notch lawn care at a reasonable price.

Outdoor Care LLC did great job with leaf removal for me this year. It is the first time I have used this company. They responded quickly to come out to give an estimate for job. When they came to remove the leaves, they did a wonderful job - going above and beyond what we discussed. Everything looked great. I will recommend them to my neighbors in my forested neighborhood.

I coordinated with Eddie and his team to do a neighborhood-wide curbside leaf removal. Eddie was a great communicator (phone, text, and email) who provided timely and accurate info throughout. The price was great and he worked with us to figure out some group pricing. And most importantly, the work was top notch. I found myself grateful to have found Outdoor Care Carmel, and that's about as strong of an endorsement as you can get.
