The guy on the lawnmower takes a very wide path around the house. The guy with the weed whacker only trims up close to the foundation. They leave a strip of uncut grass in between that we always had to cut.

I tried to explain to the owner that our lawn wasn’t mowed one week. We could obviously tell whether it had been mowed each week or not. He chose to argue with me instead of believing me (very disrespectful).

They’re conducting business under at least two different business names. Both businesses have exact same address and provide the same services. My wife and I can’t think of an honest reason for doing business this way.

Do not recommend this company. It was a very negative experience.

Customer Response: Very dishonest two weeks after the fact trying to claim that the job was done as scheduled. The owner didn’t investigate or reply to me when I texted him during the week in question.

The company closed one LLC and started another LLC without any explanation. Businesses don’t do this if they’re financially sound and have a good reputation.

Outdoor Care always takes great care of our yard. The service is reliable and professional with good attention to detail. We've used Outdoor Care for several years (back when they were called Giovanni)...weekly mowing, spring mulching and fall cleanup, and we're very happy with them. I recommend Outdoor Care to anyone who seeks quality affordable lawn care.

I've been using these guys for years now, and I see that they now do most of my neighbors too. I've always been impressed with how responsive and professional they are, and I love how they look to improve their customer experience a little bit every year through small improvements within their business. They have been mowing our lawn for several years now. I value the reliability and quality of their work. They try to be very responsive to any specific requests or any accommodation that needs to be made during mowing. I have used them for some landscaping needs too on occasion. Highly recommend them.
