We went there right before Thanksgiving to look for large Christmas trees. No one on staff was the least bit interested in helping us, or in our business. Their Christmas tree selection was depleted and even though we spent over $600 on shrubs and wreath, no one seemed to care. So different from our prior experiences, where staff went out of their way to be helpful.

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service at Rosie's. I went in on a really crappy weather day to find a "tree" and some ground cover. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what would thrive in my oddly shaped and shaded yard, but I was blown away by the employees. Everyone was very kind and not condescending even though I think it was clear I did not know what I was doing. They walked me to the potential options (in a sideways and cold rain) and they made sure I got handed off to the right person for each of my plant needs. I look forward to returning for my next landscaping needs and encourage other non-experts to do so as well.

Unfortunately, when we called to see about getting a couple of shrub's replaced we were told take a picture and bring in the receipt and we will take care of you. Then when we brought our receipt with pics we were told, I don’t know what to tell you, the browning is normal. We try and shop local and support small businesses. Very disappointed with their customer service. Won’t be back.

Pricey but very nice selection.

I usually enjoy shopping here but today was not such a good visit. Went specifically in search of.a large Alberta Spruce. Three men standing in back - all chatting - one put the tree on a cart but none of them offered to take it up front or ask if I needed help loading it. Cashier very curt Their products are not cheap and felt customer service was a huge miss on this visit!

Super helpful staff and great selection of plants. Prices are fair! I haven’t had any trouble with plants I bring home from Rosie’s. They have tons of pots and other garden items too.

I don’t want to get into the specifics, but manager Rose took great care of me with an issue I had with some of the plants I bought. I’m a new plant daddy and she more than met me in the middle to fix the situation. My Indian Golden Sunset grasses and my Red Banana Ensetes are all such a great addition to my home landscape. This place has EVERYTHING! Thank you, Rose. 🙏🏽

Anytime we go to Rosie’s the staff are always super kind. There’s a wide variety of plants, shrubs and trees. They have botanical interests seeds, which I really like and they often have free disposable pots available first come first serve, which is so nice. They are also currently making renovations to their store; it looks like it’s really coming along and I imagine it’ll be bro when it’s done. In the meantime, the have good signage on where to park with the construction ongoing.

They have really expanded. Choices of plants amazing. Helpful staff. Lines move quickly. They help you to your car. Slightly more pricey but their plants are quality and I still think it’s worth the trip

i’m a plant collector so i’ve been to just about every plant nursery in central indiana and this is by far the best one around. they have the best selection of more uncommon plants and i can tell they are very well taken care of. and the staff is very friendly!! can’t say enough good things about this shop

This is hands down one of the best places for any plant need. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is so friendly and helpful it doesn't seem real. I will always be back.

Nice selection of plants. I went in winter time and they even had a variety of houseplants with some less common ones sprinkled in. I got this cute little heart leaf fern and a pot. Definitely recommend for planty needs and wants.

I showed up late in the day but Emma, Travis and David took their time helping me find exactly what I needed for my project. Even got to meet Mary Beth, which was a real treat. I can't wait to go back to Rosies. The selection, price and service are unmatched. Highly recommend.

We went today to get some arborvitaes for our backyard. Jeff was super helpful showing us all the different options they had there and was very knowledgeable of all the species. Our favorite nursery. They have never done us wrong.
