NuFlow Indy was great to work with, they came out quick after the holliday and performed a sewer camera inspection, the technician was very skilled and knowledgeable of his trade, and determined a condition existed at the utility portion of the pipe under the sidewalk and in the street. NuFlow was able to send on a request to the utility, and overall saved me a lot of money since the utility repaired the sewer at the sidewalk and in the street in a relatively short period of time.

Had sewer line repaired with addition of outside clean out. My Flow liner installed. The crew were just great guys. Very professional. I knew every step and everything was explained to me in layman terms. Always on time. I highly recommend Nu Flow.

Nu Flow Indy was awesome to work with. They were actually suggested to me by Citizens as a well trusted company. Several of my neighbors have also used nu flow for sewer pipe repairs using their liners. Nu flow was quick to respond to all calls, texts, and emails. They did an awesome job answering all questions and were very professional. I had my sewer pipe repaired with their liner. Tree roots cracked through my old sewer pipe out in my front yard. Their liner completely solved the problem and saved me from needing to trench through my driveway, yard, and fence. Their trenchless technique with the liner is amazing. I am so happy to not have to worry about this problem anymore. I would absolutely recommend nu flow.

I would highly recommend NuFlow to anyone looking for sewer line repair. Our main line was severely damaged/cracked and they were able to reline the clay tiles without digging up our yard. Their professional approach and time spent walking us through the process step-by-step was appreciated and gave us peace-of-mind going forward.

worked with Nu Flow Indy on a house I recently purchased! Decided to have a sewer scope done during the inspection process. During the process, we uncovered a crack in the line that needed to be repaired. Eric gave me an accurate estimate for the repair and the team that performed the work were friendly, professional and quick! Would definitely recommend!

The guys at NuFlow did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond, working with us, public utilities, and our 118 year old home to make sure our main drain worked like new again. Home maintenance is always pricey, but with their no-dig lining system, we still paid half of what it would have cost to excavate and replace our old main line.

Followup: this company saved me $15,000 after a local company tried to get me to sign a contract to have them not only dig up my yard, my neighbor's shrub and the city street and pay to repave the street after telling me I had a busted sewer pipe. NuFlows superior equipment and service not only showed me the pipe was not broken, but they cleaned out the pipe and showed the condition of the pipe itself. And all at a reasonable, affordable price for my security. I would also like to mention the employees I have spoken to have all mentioned they came to work there because of the Integrity of the owners of NuFlow Indy. Highly recommended!!!

I called NuFlow after I had a camera inspection done since the first company did not locate the clog, they only let me know the existence of a clog. Rather useless since I can't fix it if I don't know where it is. Then I received a recommendation for NuFlow and I'm happy I did!

I first talked with Jason who was able to get us on the schedule for about a week out. Two other companies kept putting me off for a total of 3 weeks each, so I was VERY please NuFlow could get me in so quickly!
Mark came to our house and was able to run a camera down out clean-out, find the clog, AND mark the location of the clog. While working, Mark found a second clean-out that we didn't realize we even had and it is MUCH closer to the clog.

Unfortunately, the clog is not able to be cut through and would require more extensive methods. Also unfortunately, the cost of the repair was going to be too much for us to go with, but that's not a fault of NuFlow and seems to be on par with what people are stating online.

Overall, my experience with NuFlow has all been positive and I am very thankful for them! :)

I had a sewer line inspection done on a new to me house. NuFlow was easy to work with. They were able to provide a quote within a few hours after the inspection.
I would recommend using them for a sewer inspection if you are getting a new home.

NuFlow came all the way to Crawfordsville to put a lining in my broken sewer pipe under concrete. No digging was required to my relief. They had several challenges, because my situation was rather unique, and had to return a couple of times, but they persevered. They have a great work ethic, they are honest, they stand by their word, and they care about their work. I highly recommend them.

I had nothing but a positive experience with NuFlow during the entire job. NuFlow relined our main sewer line for a very competitive price and without the need to dig! No digging was very important to us since our lines are 12 feet deep and they would have to dig up our paved driveway. Jason was very accommodating and clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. NuFlow even contacted Citizens (the city utility company) for us when they found out through inspection that some of our issues should not be our responsibility and therefore reducing our price. Everyone should consider Nuflow over other digging options!

I called NuFlow to have a main line scoped and hydrojetted - the gentleman who answered the phone was honest and upfront with me that they were booked out several weeks. Since I needed the work done ASAP he referred me to another company, and that company did an amazing job! I am very thankful for their honesty and referral to another high quality company - that means a lot to me and shows a lot about the professionalism and integrity of this company. Will definitely be using NuFlow in the future for any sewer related needs!

I was so grateful to have found Nu Flow - I was facing my 2nd sewer repair in 18 years and the thought of digging up my yard a second time was devastating. Fortunately, I saw their trucks across the street and inquired about their services. I found out I had old Orangeburg pipes that went under an outbuilding and concrete. The Nu Flow representative was fantastic, he camerad the pipe and had my estimate to me the following day. Upon signing the contract I was reassured that they would be out if I had any problems or issues prior to the lining. From start to finish the Nu Flow team was wonderful - the crew that was on site the day of the lining were very professional and answered all my questions. The following day my representative came back out for a final inspections and camera inspection. From start to finish it was a stress free experience.

SEWER INSPECTION:
I called Nu Flow at the recommendation of a contractor friend. We were buying an older home and wanted to ensure that there were no issues with the sewer line. I contacted Nu Flow and within a few days they came out and scoped the main sewer line and provided us with a video of the pipes. The technician, Mark, arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. After he performed the service he gave me a verbal summary of what his written report would say-the line was in perfect shape! Within minutes of that he emailed me the written written. The whole transaction with Nu Flow gave us the assurance we needed in going ahead with the home purchase. In short, this seems like a competent and professional company. I will use them again.

Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the sewer lining project, I wanted to leave a review about my estimate experience with Mark, the salesman that NuFlow sent out to my house. I was trying to decide between 3 different large projects for my home, and so I had many different sales people out to my house in the span of 2-3 weeks. Mark was by far the best experience for me as the homeowner. He laid out everything clearly and was not pushy at all, totally opposite of some of my other experiences. Because of my experience with Mark, if I do decide to proceed with the sewer lining project in the future, it will be NuFlow I will choose.

NuFlow was great to work with - from folks we talked with on the phone to the crew that came out to evaluate our sewer line, the service was fantastic. We needed to repair a section of clay pipe that had cracked in a particularly difficult spot to reach that would have involved significant risk to a neighbor's driveway. However, the crew took the time to evaluate several options and work with us on a tight timeline. Ultimately they exercised some creativity and were able to complete the whole job without even a crack to the concrete. Their installation team is highly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as they completed the job.

All around impressed with this company and their communication. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are so impressed with this company! From start to finish, they were superb. We had tree roots in the clay pipe joints under our front yard, and rust in our cast iron pipes under our basement floor, both of which had narrowed our pipe flow causing a backup in a separate floor drain in our basement. We were especially interested in the newer technology that Nu-Flow offers to minimize damage that would be caused by a trench to our two majestic oak trees in front. We are so glad that we hired Nu-Flow. They were able to take care of both problems and only put one hole in the front yard, and not a trench that would have damaged our trees. They kept the hole pretty small too, which we appreciated so much! The procedure of putting the clean out in and then the liner is definitely a skilled technique! We met with Bobby who patiently explained everything about what would be done and answered all of our questions. He also got back to us very promptly with any other questions that we had before the procedure, including making sure the crew brought plywood sheets to further protect our tree roots and yard. The young men that did the work were so impressive. They worked hard, have a unique skill set, and were completely professional during their two days here. We would rate them
a solid 10 out of 10! Everything went so smoothly, and we are so pleased. We would highly recommend Nu-Flow!

Our experience with NuFlow Indy LLC was exceptional. Starting from the initial contacts to the onsite analysis and camera inspections they were very customer oriented and took the time to understand the problem and answer all of our questions. The NuFlow relining process took two full days. The crew was very professional and took special care to make sure the pipe was prepped properly before installing the liner. We are very pleased with the results. NuFlow even provided copies of the camera inspections before and after the cleaning as well as the final lined pipe.
We would certainly recommend NuFlow Indy to anyone considering a cast iron sewer line repair.

I learned that a home I was selling had a couple of ceramic pipe collapses and that my repair obligation included pipes under the street to the water main. What a nightmare!! I chose NuFlow to minimize yard damage. They were terrific to work with, kept their word and communicated well and respectfully. I’m not sure I saved any $$ over a plumber, but they obviously knew what they were doing with permits,etc.and provided a transferable warranty. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago, we had the unfortunate experience of a broken main drain line coming out of our house. NuFlow was awesome to deal with in a very stressful situation from beginning to the end.. Bobby was very helpful, informative and easy to work with on the front end. Once he set everything up, the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, were friendly, and were super sensitive to not damaging the rest of the yard and cleaning up. They finished on time and it was almost not noticeable from the street that they’d dig the yard on the side of our house to replace the clean out line, that’s how well they cleaned up and how careful they were. Everyone in the crew seemed super nice, engaged and truly easy to deal with. On the back end, Paula was great to deal with regarding the billing process and everything finished up without a hitch. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again. Thank you!

We live in an older home that has always had sewer backup issues a couple of times a year. We had a couple companies come out for estimates to repair the work. NuFlow was by far the most friendly and professional. When they came to do the estimate there was no charge for taking a full length video of our line - - our line is very long (95feet). They provided us the video at no charge to keep for our records. We then consulted about the price of repairing the entire line versus installing a new cleanout. NuFlow does lining to repair the pipe versus digging up the pipe which was preferable to us because we didn't want a trench in our entire front yard.

The entire line repair was quoted at $18,700 and the cleanout was quoted at $6,600. Travis Perry is the point person for all NuFlow Indy service. I was on the phone with him several times and he was nothing but friendly and answered all of my questions. NuFlow was never pushy.

NuFlow takes care of all the permits required and contacts the city to have utilities marked.

Travis worked with me on questions I had about how many vehicles would come to our house the day of the repair because our driveway is long but not very wide.

The day of the repair the crew showed up promptly and communicated with me about where best to park their vehicles so they didn't have to run all over the yard. One of the best moments is when they brought out their digger and used plywood under the tracks to save our grass....we really appreciated that attention to detail! The crew of three guys was there from 9:30a - approx 3:00p.

After the installation was done they did a cleanout of the entire line then took another video - which they sent to us for our records at no charge. This seems like a little thing but it was included with the quote/cost of the service and none of the other contractors we had come out did this. A couple said we could pay extra to get the line cleaned after the repair.

A sewer line repair is probably one of the least sexy house projects, but NuFlow Indy made did an awesome job for us. If there were 10 extra stars, they would get all of them.
