Had a great experience with this company. These are professionals, unlike two other big companies I dealt with during our plumbing ordeal.

NuFlow was able to come out and do the trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe replacement of our main line in a single day.

We saved over $18k from what we were quoted, by a large regional plumbing company, to dig up and replace the line (and that didn’t include the cost of repairing the yard afterwards!).

Bobby from NuFlow was excellent to work with. He came out to provide an estimate for a broken sewer pipe after we started experiencing some backup into our home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained both an immediate fix option as well as a longer-term solution that he highly recommended.

What stood out most was how personal, understanding, and honest he was throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood our options without any pressure and was extremely professional from start to finish. He also helped get us scheduled quickly, which was a huge relief given the urgency of the issue.

So far, the entire NuFlow team has been great to work with, and we really appreciate how well they’ve taken care of us. I’ll be sure to provide another update once the work is fully completed, but based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Bobby and the NuFlow team.

Absolutely exceptional - beginning to end. Communication and scheduling was fantastic. Our 1906 sewer line was threatening to give up the ghost. Our first visit from another company was completely incorrect and Bobby was the second opinion we definitely needed! Use of the hydrovac truck to install our 6" cleanout kept our (obsessive) landscaping pristine - no giant soil tombstone in our front yard for a year! The crew showed up on time, every time and did a phenomenal job. They are all masters of their craft and are super warm and friendly. The technology is fascinating and when they left, it was like they were never there! I can't recommend this company enough - really great experience that I'll share with everyone! Thanks NuFlow team!

I called on Nu Flow to perform a camera inspection of the sewer line. I was able to view the entire diagnostic process, while Service Technician, Mark, offered valuable insight and feedback. He performed added research and consulted with colleagues, to ensure a thorough assessment. In the end, the line was given a clean bill of health, and I was given peace of mind. Definitely recommend the team at Nu Flow!

I had requested a liner for my sewer line. Due to some miscommunication, Nu Flow had decided to pursue the option of a dig. Although it was not what I had planned on, the team did not tear up my yard, and the company was able to still match my desire for the extended warranty for my peace of mind. Jason was responsive and respectful to talk with throughout my experience, and I would recommend Nu Flow to others in need of a project.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I spoke with a new flu owner at length at the home show. Received a discount flier. Had to take personal time off work 3 times to accommodate their schedule, they don't work on Fridays. Each time they had equipment failures requiring more time off work to reschedule. Gas engine on the trailered equipment, camera broken on two occasions. Was promised to be given a high Def video after clean out. Never got it. They could have downloaded it on a thumb drive or DVD instead use an app that asks for way too many permissions and wants access to everything on your device so I declined. I offered to provide a brand new thumb drive, no reply. After paying two bills I had a contract that I would be credited the $900 for cleaning towards the cost of a lining. Since the camera broke again and they only did a partial cleaning they charged $450 not $900. I apparently have a small hole in my pipe under my slab and need about 26 feet to line the pipe. I was sent an estimate via text message, no written quote. I was not given the $450 discount towards my estimate, let alone any consideration for missing time at work due to there defective equipment and non flexible scheduling.

I've left 2 voice mails and emails with the owner I spoke with at the home show. He was the gentleman I called the first time to schedule and acted like I was bothering him by calling the main number in an attempt to schedule my first appointment.

I will say that the men who showed to work where professional and polite, management could take lessons from them

It's been many weeks with no reply and no offer to stand by our written contract we both agrred to.

I recently sold my house in Indianapolis. During the process of selling the house, the buyer had the sewer line inspected. The inspector recommended a plumbing company to scope the sewer and assess it's condition. I had my realtor meet with a Nuflow representative at my house while the Nuflow tech scoped the sewer. The tech told my realtor that the sewer had an offset between the clay portion and the iron portion join, he also said this junction didn't need repair. I needed this in writing to show the home buyer that the sewer was in good working condition.
The next day I get an email from Jason stating the sewer needs a liner, cost $3175. He said they carefully reviewed the video and they noticed a problem. They also knew I was the seller and had to communicate this to the buyer...
My realtor recommended to have another company review the sewer, in fact, we had 2 other different professional plumbing companies individually scope the sewer and both said the sewer was in good working condition and did not need repair.
I know people have different points of view but in this case 3 people said the sewer was working well and 1 person (Jason from Nuflow) disagreed and wanted $3175 for the repair. Do what you want with my review but these are the facts. I would not have Nuflow do any work for me as in my opinion they are a dishonest company that just wanted my money.

    Deceptive business practices

Edit: To be clear, I was told over the phone that my previous quote was "bad" because it only provided a one line item for a complete replacement that required a dig and replace. I was told that I had to pay NuFlow $150 for their tech to come do a camera inspection and that the NuFlow quote would give me a line item breakdown to understand costs. When NuFlow did provide a quote it was $2300 HIGHER that the competitor, only had a single line item, and was not going to require as much digging.

I'm glad NuFlow values their reputation but ultimately I had to pay $150 (which they reduced from the usual $300) for them to tell me what I already knew and not provide what I was told I would get. When I asked about this via phone, the guy I spoke with said there was no further breakdown of costs.
