I was out of the country for business during the time our roof was replaced by Carmel Exteriors LLC, which was stressful to say the least considering the obvious dynamics and the fact that my wife is especially coy. However, Carmel Exteriors LLC met this situation with great grace! The actually directed all communication through a wonderful woman on their staff that came by multiple times to make sure my wife was completely comfortable. Since completion everything has been perfect! Highly recommend!

The young man who came to my house was very smart and efficient. He took photos of my roof and gave me the information I needed to provide to my insurance company. He came back for the adjuster appt to make sure that I was given the most on my insurance claim. I was given samples to choose from and prompt replacement of my roof. Great work!

The snow damaged my second story gutters. I reached out to Indianapolis Roofing to go ahead and replace all my gutters. They were able to get me a quote and samples right away. Once I approved the samples, they were onsite the following Saturday knocking out the work. I would recommend Indy Roofing for your next project.

I had a large project to do. New roof, new decking and soffit. Dylan explained the project details, time it takes and clean up for everything upfront. He worked with my schedule and once we had a date they completed everything in about 3 days. Professional crew and company. House looks great! Would certainly recommend!

They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry. We had a great experience with Dylan. He walked us through every step in detail about getting hail damage on our roof repaired. Unfortunately our insurance company gave us an extremely hard time getting the process approved and I was very happily surprised how much extra work dylan put in to our case to help us get our claim approved and not to have to pay anything over our deductible. his team did great work and got the job done in a timely fashion.
