They took care of everything and worked with the insurance company from the beginning to get everything we needed. It was very simple for us as they did all the work with the insurance adjuster. The house looks great with a new roof and new gutters. And the type of shingle they use is top notch. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Empire Xteriors arrived on-time, worked quickly, and did a great job. They found a minor problem (a vent that wasn't sealed properly by the builder) that they fixed right away. I called Empire on a recommendation from a neighbor concerning potential drip edge issues as a result of the builder. Empire responded quickly, assessing that the builder had done a good job on our home when compared to others in the neighborhood. They fixed a couple of areas that needed caulk while they were on the roof. They did not take advantage of the situation with issues on other houses, and I would trust them with other roofing and exterior concerns in the future.

Empire was replacing my neighbors siding. I went over and asked the crew for an estimate to fix a hole in my siding. When they were finished with my neighbors house, they came over with a piece of siding and replaced it. No charge. They were very nice and went out of their way to help.
