The sales and installation teams did a great job for our unique project. Richmond was the only company that was willing to support us for a 7" gutter and 4"x5" downspout design as we are on a water catchment cistern system for our passive inspired house.

The sales person was very knowledgable, did not upsell me, and provided a reasonable quote. The installation date was scheduled and confirmed with me. The actual installation went smoothly. The gutters appear to be properly and securely fastened to the building. The gutters and downspouts work as expected. This is my first time working with Richmond. They have definitely earned a spot on my short list of contractors to call.

I reached out to them to get a fence built at our commercial property. They immediately got back to me and were able to meet me on site the next day. They did an amazing job and even finished a few days sooner than expected. The team was very communicative and great to work with, especially Mike Kasnick. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a hiccup on original scheduled date, but Dave P. rescheduled with us immediately and from there it couldn't have been ran smoother! Roberto and his crew were early to my surprise. They worked tirelessly to finish in one day. All the crew were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Their work is top notch as they were on my house 20 plus years ago. Gutters were only replaced due to damage. I will them on my next project! I recommend them to anyone.

Despite the minor hiccup due to the height of our yard compared to our neighbors, they were able to fix it easily and give us exactly what we want. I had a new roof, gutters and trim installed in August 2018. Since the installation, during heavy rains, water came into my office and dripped from the ceiling. This problem never existed with my old roof and gutters. Each time it happened, Richmond would try and address the leak and each time we hoped it was fixed. In August of 2023, following another bad leak, the guys worked on it again and we REALLY hoped the problem was corrected. Kevin Inabnit is great to work with and he and his team have tried hard each time to fix the problem and they are really a credit to the company. Evan Richmond, not so much (slow response, if at all, to phone calls and emails). During the heavy rain we had a few weeks ago, I came downstairs on that Tuesday morning to find yet again, the ceiling had leaked and flooded the desk and floor. Unfortunately, my laptop did not survive this drenching, and had to be replaced. Kevin and his team wrapped the fascia, removed and then lowered the gutter and made sure the slope was appropriate this time to move water to the downspout. Again, we REALLY hope the leak has been fixed once and for all. Even though this was/is an ongoing problem, since I was out of the roof warranty period, I paid for this repair.
My ceiling is discolored and very cracked from the repeated insults. Even though I have done nothing wrong and this has been an ongoing problem, Evan states because the damage was not caused by the roof, Richmond will not fix the ceiling at their expense. I agree that there is nothing wrong with the roofing tiles and gutter. However, we don’t pay for just the manufacturer’s product, but also for expert installation by the roofing company and that is still a WIP (even though I have high hopes again this time).
My rating indicates my satisfaction with the appearance of the roof, gutters and trim and the repeated attempts to make the installation right. My rating also indicates my dissatisfaction with the ongoing problem and Richmond’s refusal to accept responsibility for the damaged ceiling.

I woke up yesterday morning to fast dripping from my ceiling. Sadly, my roof leak continues to be a problem. Attached is today's picture of my ceiling.

I am pleased to report my ceiling is repaired. After this last drenching, it was decided to open up the ceiling for the best chance of really finding the source of the leak. It was determined that the problem was due to an incorrect overlap of the manufacturer’s seams upon installation. Luckily, I still had leftover shingles in the garage, so it was a quick repair to that section of the roof. Even though Evan Richmond said there was nothing they could do, and the problem was just structural with my house, the men who actually do the work knew that wasn’t right. I am so appreciative of Kevin and his team’s willingness to stick with it until the problem was figured out. It is wonderful to have this resolved.

I'm so pleased with the fence enclosure they did for me. It was a small job for them but they treated it like a million dollar one. I would highly recommend them for any job

We had a patio cover installed over our new stamped concrete. Even though we had to wait for weeks to get. the concrete installed due to lack of supply because of supply chain, the project finally happened and went very well and well done! The guys that came out were terrific! Installed patio cover in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves and our patio looks awesome! We would absolutely recommend Richmond Exteriors!!

Did a great job putting up the gable brackets and replacing poorly install flashing around the chimney by another company.
Plus the whole roof was replaced

Good experience with these guys all around. Tom allowed plenty of time when he came out for the estimate, making sure we understood everything. We didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. Got back to us quickly when we reached out with a few questions. The installers were pleasant with a smile on their face. Got it done, cleaned up, & touched base with us before they left. Happy with
the color and it looks so nice, Tom even stopped by with a piece of the material to help us match paint for our trim. Nice.
