Our neighborhood switched to EcoTech and the service is horrible. We would be better off with City of Louisville trash pick up.

We have happily used EchoTech for many years and they were the best out of 25 years at this location. I wanted to recognize them even though they are removing our area from their service area.

Called On a Monday to have brush and many bags of leaves removed. Wednesday morning Ecotech was there picking up. Thanks for the quick and good service. Cleaned up the area well.

I use Eco-Tech four times weekly at two locations. They are prompt, and professional. Katie, our account rep is great, always willing to go above and beyond.

They busted a lot of glass on my street and just left it there my son had to sweep for 20 minutes before I could take him to work and there's still glass everywhere they don't ever take everything they just throw the cans they're not even out of the street half of the time all these businesses keep inflating their prices and then provide worse service now I'm going to have to vacuum my street the lady on the phone kept making excuses for them cause you know something that has glass on it is going to explode you should definitely throw it into ya truck and just drive off

Stop shaking dumpsters in st Matthews at 2am in the morning. We all in the neighborhood are trying to sleep and we don’t want to hear a war on dumpsters. I’m going to park my truck in front Of the dumpster next week Here in saint Matthews you will learn and I’ll keep doing it to u. Pierce’s of sh%t.

Called for small limbs pickup the last week of July. Have called three times with different reasons why it had not been done. Finally removed the limbs myself last night August 28 - 5 weeks after first call. Very disappointed in their service. If they were not going to pick up I would rather be told so my grass doesn’t have to die and be an eyesore for my neighbors.

Eco-Tec drivers are some of the politest, courteous and consistently go out of their way for their customers. We also receive a community discount because the most of the neighborhood uses eco- tech. Job well done, thank you

Absolutely the worst company!!! They refuse to pick up my trash and the driver cussed me out because I had carpet sitting out for pick up and according to him, it was going to be my fault for him having to work overtime that day. He threw my trash can in my yard as hard as he could when I went to reach for it. Absolutely the worst I've ever seen!!!

Very upset about my trash not being picked up. My pick up day is Friday,my trash been sitting out in the heat from Thursday morning.!!!!!.About time I made it home around 6:30 pm Friday, I seen my trash was still in the trash cans,we'll eco tech was closed and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone.I looked around the corner and noticed that someone else trash didn't get picked up either. This is very sad and very unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this company has operated these few years been with you all for 11 years...

I live in Louisville and they have missed my trash 3 weeks in a row. I haven't seen anything like it. The lady that answers the phone is nice as can be but I feel like shes giving me the runarounds now. I want a refund.

I know people have there opinions but this family owned company is good! The people that work there have stressful days and moments, everybody is not perfect but they are great and some people can be butt hurt and talk about them, but Bobby Lee and Matt Lee are great people and they will do anything for there workers so. But I would recommend them!

I've never written a review before. I feel compelled to do so to alert others about the EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from Ecotech. This is the FOURTH time a collector has taken a labeled recycle bin or the lid that goes with it. I have WATCHED them do it in the past. When I call to ask for a replacement, the reply is, "Our drivers wouldn't do that." Well they did and they DO. Instead of trying to work with me (the customer), she dismisses my concerns and says, "...there's nothing we can do about it." She is also argumentative. If I owned this business, I would be terribly concerned. If you have a choice, DO NOT USE ECOTECH.

To the Rumseys below...I'm not looking for perfection. I'm looking for a business that will serve their (not "THERE") customers with respect and fix things when they go wrong.

The workers are great but the company is neglectful! A driver damaged our car because of faulty equipment. Been dealing with this since Oct 19th! Still working on it because of their not caring and disorganization!

I honestly have no idea why such the low rating for this company. We’ve had them for years and not one single time have we had an issue. Even moreso recently Republic offered is pickup for half the cost of EcoTec and other trash companies so I signed up but had not cancelled. Glad I didn’t! Republic left trash everywhere, cans tumped over, no regard for where the cans are left. Called Republic and waited 20 mins to report issues. So in 3 weeks I cancelled my new service with Republic and was thankful I still had EcoTec around! I would recommend EcoTec to anyone.

In my experience Ecotech doesn’t care in the slightest about customer service. I’d recommend using someone else but it seems like all Louisville trash companies just don’t care. It’s pathetic. If any other business were ran this terribly they’d go out of business. It’s sad to see companies using the fact that they are essential against their own paying customers.

I have left 5 separate voicemails and call back weekly. After 5 weeks I still have yet to receive a call back. Not to mention the driver leaves my gate WIDE open whenever they pickup, after it was their idea to put a lock on the gate so the driver could enter and exit. Incompetence is throught the roof. They are only a few dollars cheaper than the competition. Take my advice, STAY AWAY.

We sat out some yard waste bags for pick up. They sat there through different trash pick up's and they never got them. Also sat out some sticks that they didn't take either. Called and spoke to the receptionist and she said the sticks need to be in a yard waste bag (although they've picked up our neighbors and they were not in the bag) and she didn't know why they didn't take the other bags. I called back 2 more times to make sure they took them. Came home yesterday and they'd finally taken the bags with the sticks and left the first 3 bags we sat out almost 4 weeks ago. Horrible service, New Albany needs a new company that can actually do their jobs.

For the fourth time in as many months, they have failed to pick up our trash, even though it was sat out on the curb the night before. We left it out for the entire day on Friday and part of the day on Saturday, never showed. When I called the first time it happened, they tried to tell me it was not sitting out, which was a lie as we ALWAYS have it out the night before, I saw it at the curb when I left for work at 5:30 a.m. I will be canceling my services, going with another more reputable company, and will be sure to tell my friends not to do business with them either.

As an independent and long-term vendor for ecotech, I have known the owners for many years and have benefited greatly from my work with them since they were a little outfit on Dixie Highway. Bob, Matt & Bobby are extremely hard-working men who have grown this company to become an impressive service provider to many communities and employer of many people in Indiana and Kentucky.

From a vendor standpoint, I've watched them grow, innovate, adapt and repeat. They keep me busy and they pay their bills. They are reasonable and fair. Bryan and the sales guys work very hard, as do all the drivers, tippers, mechanics and customer service. Many of them do very difficult, uncomfortable work, in truly hideous conditions and much of it at stupid o'clock!

For over 15 years I've been in a position to see ecotech all the way from the street to the president's office. I've watched cooperation, safety, communication and employee appreciation and development on many levels. They are not perfect. But they care about each other, their customers and the community.

EcoTech offers an Incredible Service! I have used them on multiple jobs and properties and they are always there when you need them. Katie O'Donnell has swapped dumpsters within 24hrs, has great communication and customer service, and this is why she handles our account specifically. Truly, a 5 start service. I will continue to work with EcoTech for the foreseeable future!
