Great service provider. Need a dumpster? What about residential service? This company has it all. Very friendly to their customers, and even better to their employees. Maybe that is why everyone is so nice.

We have had their services for only a few months. We paid a year in advance with rental of an additional garbage can. They told us it would be a few weeks before we received their garbage can. We were told it was fine to use our garbage can . They didn’t pick up our garbage!
When I phoned them to ask why they didn’t pick up our trash I was informed it was because we didn’t have their can???! I explained to the lady we were told we wouldn’t receive their can for another week??? She continues to argue the point of not having their garbage can.
Fast forward two weeks, they broke OUR garbage can? I called and the lady argued that since it wasn’t their garbage can they weren’t responsible? Two days later our broken garbage can was gone and another eco tech can was there? Never asked if it was ok to take our garbage can they broke.
Today we come home to see our cardboard boxes not picked up and thrown in the driveway?? I have another call into the office. This company was recommended by my sister-in-law who has used them for years without issue. Sadly, that has NOT been our experience. Currently, due to poor customer service and pickup, I cannot recommend this company for residential trash removal.

I don’t live in the area but I was staying at an Airbnb in schnitzelburg/Louisville on hickory st and their trucks came EVERY SINGLE NIGHT AT 2am!!! 4 nights in a row to pick up garbage from the same dumpster!!! What in the actual heck? I should have called the police as I can only assume that has to be against some sort of noise ordinance. Especially since the host of the Airbnb stressed to me that there was quiet time for the area that started at like 10 or 11pm. Make that make sense!

Normal pickup is on Wednesday in my community. It's now Sunday and Ecotech is still a no show. I understand the snow storm slowed things down, but come on! FedEx, UPS, Amazon and even USPS has been out making deliveries. What is Ecotech waiting for, spring?

I’m glad to see that they are making some people happy. There service is mediocre at best, and they they take no responsibility for issues that they cause from their poor service. They defend the drivers even when the service is poor. This is the trash we are dealing with right now. Our dumpster did not get emptied on Monday because they had a truck down. No one called to explain about the truck being down. Our dumpster is backed up by lots of foliage and a creek. With the dumpster not getting emptied and critters from the creek area and people needing to put trash out, this what it looks like now. They will come to empty it, but will not take the garbage around it (We are told that is their policy, even though the mess is from them not picking up the trash on Monday). Our complex pays for emptying three times a week, not two. They make no apologies and the only answer you ever get from calling is "we will pass the message on".

The worst!!!! I live in an Elite Homes community. Elite choose the cheapest alternative when Waste Management’s contract expired and Elite declined to renew due to price.

Eco Tech has continuously failed to meet our expectations over the past 2 montye since acquiring the Elite Homes contact.
1) They failed to provide enough trash cans and set up
2) They’ve failed in to provide recycling cans at set up.
3) Pick up time is inconsistent
4) They do recyclables biweekly and fail to pick up on scheduled recycle pick up day
5) The spill trash at clean up and fail to clean it up from the streets and yards
6) When calling in, we are constantly passed around and nobody is able to resolve an issue within 24hrs

I would prefer the HOA to omit trash pick up from annual fees and let the residents secure their own trash pick up.

Since moving to Worthington Hills, this has been the most unreliable waste management service I’ve experienced. They skip recycling pickups so often that it’s become a guessing game. I’m tired of dragging my bin back and forth every week just hoping they’ll actually do their job.

Our neighborhood uses EcoTech for weekly trash and recycling removal. Service is as expected — they empty the bins on the scheduled day! Crews are friendly and honk for the kids if we’re playing outside. I’ve had great experiences with them removing multiple large items, Bagster pick ups, etc. We’re even considering having a 10 yard open top brought to the house for a massive spring clean out. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. Pricing is clear and fair. Thankful for their service!

Alex and his crew are great at what they do. They removed three trees for me. One of which had been toppled by beavers and fell in a creek. They are very polite and work very hard to give you a good job. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them myself in the future. They really put forth the extra effort to please their customers.

Alex and his crew were great! Professional, good communication, fair pricing. We were frustrated after having been ghosted by the company we had originally hired, and receiving another companies quote that was very high. I contacted Sunside and Alex came right out and gave me a quote. When the scheduled day arrived he showed up on time and with 4 guys ready to work. He estimated the job would take about 6 1/2 hours, they finished in 4! Cleaned everything up and even blew our driveway off. Extremely pleased and would hire again if the need arises.

Breeden Tree Experts did a great job at my house. I had a large tree by the corner of my house with a really large limb that hung over the house. They brought a cherry picker style truck and cut the tree down, and not one branch touched my house in the process. They hauled off all the pieces and even came back the following day to cut the stump lower for me at my request. I would definitely recommend them if you have a tree you need removed.

A + service. Guys came and worked out in the rain on Derby Day. A couple of our trees were in tricky locations and they laid them down perfectly.
