Troy came out when my ac was not working properly in the house on hot August day. Very professional and personable and even was able to squeeze me in an earlier appointment. Was knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem and the HVAC system. Had more than one person tell me Airy time was reliable and professional and did great work, so glad I called them when I truly needed them. Can’t thank Troy and Airy time enough.

Troy was assigned via Choice Home Warranty and was great to work with. Convienent schedule. He messaged when he was in the way, arrived on time. Completed service in a professional manner.

We were in need to replace our AC/furnace. Troy and Daniel were very friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. They were able to come for the consult and then come back to install within a week. We felt the changes in air quality immediately after they left. They were knowledgeable and have the clients best interest at heart. Airy Time has exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Troy was great! Very knowledgeable and found the issue quickly! Explained what he was doing, very polite. He wasn’t trying to talk me into a new unit as he walked through the door like other companies. I will definitely call them back for additional service and a new init when it’s time.

The service was great. Most of the expense was for replacement parts, which were not inexpensive. The repairs required two trips so the overall cost was reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the care and courtesy of both technicians.

These guys are just awesome!! They replaced our whole system. Had it up and running in just one day!! They're super friendly and hard workers! You can tell they truly care about people and running an honest business! I would recommend this company to anyone! Troy and Daniel are just good people!

We had the BEST experience with Daniel, Troy, and the entire Airy Time team. We will use them any time we need HVAC support. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, so we had them come out to take a look. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the issue, and our system was back up running. Since our furnace was around 20 years old and having periodic problems, we decided to replace with no pressure from Daniel.  Their prices were less than the competitors, and their team that installed was amazing! They came when they said and had our new furnace and A/C unit installed and running in less than a work day. Troy was so nice and helpful in explaining how to use the new thermostat and explaining the system. I was so impressed with their kindness and professionalism. They are a great family owned business in our area!

Will,Jared and Shane all VERY knowledgeable, worked together beautifully and polite. Their politeness is so important in this day when you consider how other people their age sometimes behave. They are definitely a 5 star team.

Woke up on new years day to the house being 57! 🥶 submitted an online appointment and had the owner himself come out and was able to get my furnace up and running. He was so nice and personable. Thank you again Daniel! I appreciate the quick response and getting my house warm again!!! 😁
