Ely did a great job as usual and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what was recommended maintenance on our steam humidifier and explained and showed me why. Then he gave me a refresher on my humidifier settings based on the time of year and when to adjust. Every experience with this company and their techs and owner has been extremely positive and we HIGHLY recommend them!! I just feel they always go above and beyond!

Shane and team installed a new furnace, AC unit, and water heater. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving.

I called and was set up with an appointment same day. I loved that they had someone answer the phone before 8am and the technician calls before leaving, sends a text with the picture and information about the tech and you can monitor their location for arrival time. Makes it so helpful when you're having to leave work to meet them. Ely was extremely respectful and explained everything very well ensuring I understood my options and how my unit worked.

So I don’t write google reviews, ever, but I feel compelled to do so for Airy Time. I honestly cannot recommend a better HVAC company than Airy Time. Huge thanks to Daniel, Troy, and the rest of the guys, they are extremely honest and don’t try to “upsell” you, and also very accommodating. We had major issues with our furnace, and they have spent a ton of time on it. (Please save yourself and don’t get a Bryant furnace).

Would not hesitate to call Daniel again for any future work. I would call them “Airy Time” we have an issue…….hopefully I’m not the only one who came up with that lol.

Highly recommend Troy. He showed up the same day we called and spent a lot of time finding the root cause of the issue with our system. He was very thorough in his explanation and recommendation as well.

Our experience with Airy Time was fantastic. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday night. I went online after receiving recommendations and used the website to send an inquiry. After sending one I saw that I could make an appointment myself through the website so I made one for the next day, Monday between 8-10am. Troy showed up right at 8am. He worked on our system for a while before telling us he couldn't fix it. He gave us many different options and we chose for full replacement. They couldn't get us in until that Friday. Come Friday they showed up at 8am with a team of 3 to install our new system. Shane was the head HVAC guy. They worked all day and got it installed earlier than they originally figured it would be done. He explained everything throughout the process and kept asking if we had any questions. When it was all done he went over everything again and made sure we knew how to work it. Airy Time was such a fabulous company. Every person we interacted with was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend them.

My technician was honest, efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend Airy time and have signed up for their monthly service package. When I decide to replaced my HVAC I will know who to call!

Excellent company that does excellent work. I had a couple ducts with low airflow from a different company’s work, and it was always bothering me.

Ely does a great job listening, and confirming that he is hearing and understanding what we are asking for him to do. Good folks all around. On time, professional, do what they say they will, and keep me informed all the way through the project.

They replaced a ductless split for me quite some time ago and I failed to comment then, but that was an equally as good experience.

Airy Time really rode into the rescue for me. They came out to look at a botched install job from a previous vendor. I was sent an ETA and a picture of the technician Troy, so I felt secure at who was at my door. Once the damaged was assessed and a plan to move forward was made, Daniel and his team were quick to get the parts in and a date set.
Three technicians showed up, (Shane, Will, Jared) all well groomed, and in uniform, not to mention friendly and pleasant to work with. Shane discovered a major problem during the install, but again Daniel and his team came up with a solution. Because they were able to find such a quick resolution I was able to have heating and air conditioning for the first time since July.
I paid a fair price for top-notch equipment and absolutely amazing service.
I can’t say thank you enough to Airy Time.

They put in a heater/air conditioner in my garage. It's awesome! I can stand in my living room and feel the heat! It should heat up my garage with out any problems!

Had a great experience working with the Airy Time crew after an unexpected failure of my 10 year old Trane AC unit that came with a house I just bought last year. Troy was great to speak to and helped us find the right equipment options to keep our family cozy in our home for many years to come. The install process was smooth, informative, and the guys cleaned up after their work was complete. Hello! You want this company to service ANY hearting/cooling issues for your home. Troy came and fixed several problems with my heat pump that had been missed by previous technicians. He clearly communicated what had been happening and why the thing hadn’t been working properly to keep me warm.

Shane and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and courteous. The installation was first rate very clean and tidy. They had to do some extra work, moving the hot water heater and the clothes dryer to complete the installation. Everything was put back as good or maybe better than before. Shane walked me through the entire installation and the new probably smarter than me thermostat. I can't finish the review without mentioning Troy who came out to check out the old system he walked us through all that was going to happen and was spot on with all of it. This is the third system to we and our family has purchased from Airy Time and they have all been first rate.

Huge thanks to Daniel and his wife for an amazing customer service experience today. We were out of town and when we returned, realized our furnace had quit working the night before. It was 40 degrees in the house! I called and left a voicemail not really expecting to hear back since it was Saturday at about 4pm. Daniel called back 15 minutes later, apologizing for not answering before. I explained the error code and issue and Daniel said he would “turn around, get my tools and check it out”. From the time I left the voicemail to the time that Daniel came to the house and completed the repair was just under 2.5 hours. Fantastic customer service and would 10/10 recommend. Thank you Airy Time!

Airy Time saved the night! I was in a bind and called airy time. The owner was on his way in minutes after the call. He was very helpful and found the problem and got us heat. Thank you for fast professional service after hours. Costumers for life!

So picture this… It’s Friday 4 pm and it’s 25 degrees outside but with the windchill it feels more like 18 degrees. With the wind ripping the temps are due to drop even further. You come home from a long week at work to NO damn heat in the house. This is a heck of a day for your furnace to go out and especially less than a week before Christmas. You decide to call Airy Time, read it again - Airy Time - hoping in this weather, this late on a Friday, someone is willing and available to come get your heat up and running. Jackpot!! Daniel - the big boss man himself - showed up personally! By 4:35pm, we had the heat and he saved the weekend! When I say from one veteran to another, the warrior creed still runs strong through this man, I mean it. Commitment, Professionalism, Discipline and Service before self is what he and Airy Time embodies! Thank you for your crazy quick response and thank you for your service! I know who I’m calling when I need it!

Had Troy here this morning to fix our furnace that stopped running. Troy was very professional, courteous and found our issue extremely fast. Will definitely be looking into them for future heating and cool. Thank you Airy time!!!

Highly recommend Airy Time! My furnace wasn't working properly and needed replaced (of course during extreme cold and snow) Daniel was great coming out to diagnose the problem. He was very personable explaining the issue with the furnace and explaining finances. I felt like the price for the new furnace and installation was very reasonable. Shane, Will, and Colton did a great job installing the new furnace. They were even nice about tolerating my barking dog. I really liked the fact that Airy Time is local business.

Troy was excellent. He thoroughly addressed my concerns including explaining our options in great detail (in terms that were understandable). It was clear based on our interactions that he’s extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. He was transparent and honest about the differences between repairing the unit and completely replacing it. Troy was easy to communicate with. He called at the end of the appointment and took the time to verbally explain what he would share via email shortly after. The professionalism, attention to detail and quality of service Troy and Airy Time offer are the best in the business.
